Claims (12)
- バッテリ(7)と電力網との間で電気エネルギーを交換するための電力交換システムであって、
前記バッテリを充電するために前記電力網の交流を直流に変換する、および/又は、前記バッテリから前記電力網に電力を供給するために前記バッテリの直流を交流に変換する電力変換器(5)と、
前記電力網の電気的パラメータを測定するための電力測定装置と、
前記電力網の前記電気的パラメータに依存して、前記バッテリを充電するための直流を調整する、および/又は、前記電力網に電力を供給するための直流を調整するための制御ユニット(23)と、
前記電力網の電圧ディップの間に、有効電流基準設定値および/又は無効電流基準設定値、あるいは、電力基準設定値を計算する電力網応答制御部(21)と
を備え、
ただし、前記基準設定値は、前記電力網の電圧ディップの間に、発電ユニットの動作としてのインバータモードでバッテリ充電ユニットを作動状態に維持するために使用され、
前記基準設定値は、所定の閾値レベルを下回るような前記電力網の電圧ディップの場合に、所定のルックアップテーブルに依存して計算され、
ただし、前記所定のルックアップテーブルは、前記電力変換器(5)と前記電力網との間の有効電流および/又は無効電流、あるいは、電力フローと、前記電力網の電圧との間の関係を表し、
前記電力交換システムは、遠隔地からデータ通信リンクを介してモニタリングおよび/又は制御され、
バッテリ充電/放電制御部からの入力、前記電力網応答制御部(21)からの入力、および、前記データ通信リンクからの入力は、
(a)前記電力網応答制御部(21)からの入力によって要求されるように電力網の擾乱応答を提供するために、および、
(b)前記バッテリ充電/放電制御部からの入力によって要求されるように前記バッテリ(7)の保護を提供するために、および、
(c)前記データ通信リンクからの入力によって要求されるように前記バッテリの充電/放電を制御するために、
前記制御ユニットによって設定された優先順位で処理される、
ことを特徴とする、電力交換システム。 - 前記電力網の前記電気的パラメータは、前記電力網の電流、電圧、および、周波数を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の電力交換システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記電気的パラメータに依存して、前記バッテリを充電または放電するための所定の直流を提供するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の電力交換システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記電力網内の局所的な電力網障害を検出できるおよび/又は電力網支援を提供できるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の電力交換システム。
- 前記電力交換システムは、単相回路、2相回路、3相回路から成る群から選択される主電流回路を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の電力交換システム。
- 前記電力変換器は、バッテリを充電する場合は整流器として動作し、バッテリから放電する場合はインバータとして動作することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の電力交換システム。
- 前記電力測定装置および/又は前記制御ユニットは、前記電力網および/又は前記バッテリから物理的に分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載の電力交換システム。
- 前記バッテリは、車両のバッテリ、フローバッテリ、および、電気化学的バッテリを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7いずれか1項記載の電力交換システム。
- 請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載の少なくとも2つの電力交換システムを備え、前記少なくとも2つの電力交換システムは並列に操作されることを特徴とする、電力網。
- バッテリと電力網との間に設定されている電力交換システムを操作することによって、バッテリと電力網との間で電気エネルギーを交換する方法であって、
前記電力交換システムが、電力変換器と、電力測定装置と、制御ユニットと、電力網応答制御部とを備えており、
前記方法は、
a)前記電力測定装置を用いて、前記電力網の電気的パラメータを測定するステップと、
b)前記制御ユニットを用いて、前記電力網の前記電気的パラメータに依存して、電力網から前記バッテリを充電するための、および/又は前記バッテリから電力網に電力を供給するための、直流を調整するステップと、
c)前記バッテリを充電および/又は放電するために、前記電力変換器を用いて、前記電力網の交流を直流に変換するおよび/又は前記バッテリの直流を前記電力網の交流に変換するステップと
を含む、方法において、
前記調整ステップb)は、以下のステップb1)およびb2)を含む、
b1)所定の閾値レベルを下回るような前記電力網の電圧ディップの間に、前記電力網応答制御部を用いて、有効電流基準設定値および/又は無効電流基準設定値、あるいは、電力基準設定値を計算するステップであって、
ただし、前記基準設定値は、前記電力網の電圧ディップの間に、発電ユニットの動作としてのインバータモードでバッテリ充電ユニットを作動状態に維持するために使用され、
ここで、前記基準設定値は、所定の閾値レベルを下回るような前記電力網の電圧ディップの場合に、所定のルックアップテーブルに依存して計算され、
ただし、前記ルックアップテーブルは、前記電力変換器と前記電力網との間の有効電流および/又は無効電流と、あるいは、電力フローと、前記電力網の電圧との間の関係を表し、
ここで、前記電力交換システムは、遠隔地からデータ通信リンクを介してモニタリングおよび/又は制御される、ステップ、および、
b2)バッテリ充電/放電制御部からの入力、前記電力網応答制御部からの入力、および、前記データ通信リンクからの入力を、
b21)前記電力網応答制御部からの入力によって要求されるように電力網の擾乱応答を提供するために、および、
b22)前記バッテリ充電/放電制御部からの入力によって要求されるように前記バッテリの保護を提供するために、および、
b23)前記データ通信リンクからの入力によって要求されるように前記バッテリの充電/放電を制御するために、
前記制御ユニットによって設定された優先順位で処理するステップ、
を特徴とする、電気エネルギーを交換する方法。 - 前記測定、前記調整、および/又は、前記変換は、同時に実行されることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記バッテリは、車両のバッテリ、フローバッテリ、および、電気化学的バッテリを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項10または11記載の方法。
