Claims (1)
- 廃棄物を乾燥する乾燥用シャフト部の頂部から廃棄物を乾燥用シャフト部内に装入して形成した廃棄物充填層に、熱分解残渣を生成する火格子部とコークスを熱源として熱分解残渣を溶融する熱分解残渣溶融部とで発生したガスを通過させて廃棄物を乾燥させ、
前記廃棄物充填層を通過したガスを前記乾燥用シャフト部の排ガス排気口から排出して排ガス処理設備で無害化処理して排ガス煙道を経て放出し、
乾燥用シャフト部で乾燥した廃棄物を火格子部で熱分解して熱分解残渣を生成し、
生成した前記熱分解残渣を前記火格子部から連続的に落下させて前記熱分解残渣溶融部
へ供給して溶融する廃棄物溶融処理方法において、
前記排ガス煙道から排ガスを取り出し、前記火格子部の下方に吹き込む前記排ガスの吹込量を調節して前記火格子部上部の温度を下げて600℃〜800℃の範囲に制御し、このとき前記排ガスの流量と火格子送風空気量の総酸素流量は変化しないように火格子送風空気量を絞る流量制御を行うことを特徴とする廃棄物溶融処理方法。
