Claims (13)
- 特に車両に組み込む、オイル噴射されるスクリュー圧縮機用の制御弁であって、スクリュー圧縮機ハウジング内にあるオイルは、低温のオイルが、熱交換器を迂回するバイパスを通じて案内され、高温のオイルが、前記熱交換器を通じて案内されるように、前記制御弁を介して制御されて熱交換器及び/又はバイパスに供給可能であり、前記制御弁は、制御素子(3)によって操作される制御ピストン(2)を有し、該制御ピストン(2)は、制御弁ハウジング(1)内に夫々配置されている熱交換器開口(13)及びバイパス開口(11)と協働し、制御開口(10)を介して前記バイパス開口(11)から前記熱交換器開口(13)に切換え可能である、特に車両に組み込む、オイル噴射されるスクリュー圧縮機用の制御弁において、
前記制御ピストン(2)は、前記熱交換器開口(13)と協働する少なくとも1つの他のバイパス開口(12)を制御するものであり、該他のバイパス開口(12)が前記切換え前にオイルをすでに熱交換器を通じて案内していることを特徴とする、制御弁。 - 前記他のバイパス開口(12)は前記制御ピストン(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の制御弁。
- 前記他のバイパス開口(12)は前記制御弁ハウジング(1)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の制御弁。
- 前記他のバイパス開口(12)はリーク開口であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記他のバイパス開口(12)は円形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 制御開口(10)が前記制御ピストン(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御開口(10)は前記制御弁ハウジング(1)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御開口(10)の幾何学形状は、前記制御ピストン(2)の一定の移動時に、開放される前記制御開口(10)の面積増加が、前記一定の移動に対して非直線形であるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御開口(10)は円形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御開口(10)は三角形又は台形に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御素子(3)は膨張素子であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御弁ハウジング(1)及び前記制御ピストン(2)は、類似の熱膨張特性を備えた材料から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
- 前記制御弁ハウジング(1)と前記制御ピストン(2)との間のギャップ(15)が、狭幅に構成されていて、該構成に条件付けられた貫流量は、前記バイパス開口(12)を通じての貫流量よりも少なくなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項記載の制御弁。
