Claims (3)
- シリンダに可動に取り付けられるピストンロッドが連設されたピストンを有するピストンシリンダユニットにおいて、
上記ピストン及び上記ピストンロッドは、電導接続が直接又は間接的になされ得る、少なくとも1つの電導ロッドが伸出するキャビティを有し、
上記ピストンロッドは、長手方向に沿う少なくとも1つの部分において、絶縁体層で覆われ、該絶縁体層の上記電導ロッド側に導電層が重ね合わせて設けられ、
上記ピストンロッドの導電層に、少なくとも1つのセンサが配置され、
上記センサには、上記導電層を介して電気が供給されるように構成されており、
差し込まれた上記電導ロッドの導通が電導領域を去ると中断されるように、上記絶縁体層上の上記導電層は、上記ピストンロッドの長手方向の一部分のみを覆い、
上記電導領域を去ることが、コントローラにより検出される
ことを特徴とするピストンシリンダユニット。 - 請求項1に記載のピストンシリンダユニットを備えるクレーンにおいて、
伸縮可能なスライドビームと、
上記スライドビームを収容するスライドビーム収納部と、
上記スライドビーム収納部に設けられ、上記スライドビームの伸縮長さを検出すると共に中央演算処理装置に結合される光学の変位センサと、
上記ピストンロッドの導電層に設けられ、該ピストンロッドの支持力を測定する力センサとが設けられ、
上記中央演算処理装置は、上記力センサのセンサ信号を処理し、それ自身のバス接続を介してそれ自身の測定結果の他にもクレーンの主コントローラに、センサ信号を供給するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするクレーン。 - 請求項2に記載のクレーンにおいて、
上記力センサは、LSBバス互換変換器であり、該力センサに記憶コンデンサが接続され、
エネルギーの伝達と測定値の伝達とがケーブルを介して遂行される
ことを特徴とするクレーン。
