前記繊維糸が、生体活性ガラスか、コラーゲンか、ヒドロキシアパタイトか、もしくはリン酸三カルシウムであり、
前記被覆層が、熱硬化性樹脂か、もしくは熱可塑性樹脂であり、かつ、
前記被覆層のうちの当該骨接合材の最外周部に相当するところに添加物を含み、前記添加物は、材質が、コラーゲンか、ヒドロキシアパタイトか、もしくはリン酸三カルシウムであり、前記繊維糸の径よりも径大の添加物である
ことを特徴とする。
前記繊維糸が、
X線不透過性不活性材によってなるコアと、
ヒドロキシアパタイトか、もしくはリン酸三カルシウムによってなり、該コアの外周面を被覆する外層と、を含んでなる
ことが好ましい。

Claims (2)
- 骨接合材であって、
複数の繊維糸を編組してなる内層部と、
前記内層部の繊維糸を被覆するとともに当該骨接合材の最外周部に相当するところを所定の厚みで覆う被覆層と、を含み、
前記繊維糸が、生体活性ガラスか、コラーゲンか、ヒドロキシアパタイトか、もしくはリン酸三カルシウムであり、
前記被覆層が、熱硬化性樹脂か、もしくは熱可塑性樹脂であり、かつ、
前記被覆層のうちの当該骨接合材の最外周部に相当するところに添加物を含み、前記添加物は、材質が、コラーゲンか、ヒドロキシアパタイトか、もしくはリン酸三カルシウムであり、前記繊維糸の径よりも径大の添加物である
ことを特徴とする骨接合材。 - 請求項1に記載の骨接合材において、
前記繊維糸が、
X線不透過性不活性材によってなるコアと、
ヒドロキシアパタイトか、もしくはリン酸三カルシウムによってなり、該コアの外周面を被覆する外層と、を含んでなる
ことを特徴とする骨接合材。
