Description
Claims (10)
- 電気ケーブルのシールドをバックシェルへ取り付けるための取付けリングであって、
熱回復可能な形状記憶材料を含んで成る環状ボディを有して成り、
環状ボディが、
接続部材を有する端部を有して成る第1セグメント、および
第1セグメントとは別々である第2セグメント
を有して成り、又、
バックシェルのフィッティングと接触させてシールドを該フィッティングに保持するために、シールドおよびバックシェルのフィッティングの周縁に少なくとも部分的に延在するように構成されており、
接続部材が第1セグメントの端部内に延在する溝を有して成り、
第2セグメントが接続機構を有する端部を有して成り、
第1セグメントおよび第2セグメントがボディの全長の少なくとも一部を規定するように第1セグメントおよび第2セグメントを端部で相互に接続し、かつ一体的に接続するために、接続機構が、第1セグメントの接続部材の溝内に受容されるラッチ突起部を有して成り、
環状ボディがねじられる際に、溝が、該溝内にラッチ突起部を保持するためにラッチ突起部と係合している非ねじれ部材により少なくとも部分的に規定される、取付けリング。 - 溝およびラッチ突起部が相互関係を有する形状を有している、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。
- 第1セグメントの接続部材がラッチ斜面およびラッチ肩部を有して成り、
第2セグメントの接続機構が、第1セグメントおよび第2セグメントを一体的に接続する際ラッチ肩部に沿って載り、接続機構および接続部材を相互に接続するためにラッチ肩部と係合するラッチ突起部を有して成る、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。 - 第1セグメントの接続部材がエンボスを有して成り、第2セグメントの接続機構がエンボスに対して相補的な形状を有する切り欠きを有して成り、エンボスが接続部材および接続機構を一体的に相互に接続するために切り欠き内に受容される、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。
- 第1セグメントが第1セグメントの端部から第1セグメントの対向端部までの全長に延在しており、第1セグメントの端部の各々が接続部材を有して成り、
第2セグメントが第2セグメントの端部から第2セグメントの対向端部までの全長に延在しており、第2セグメントの端部の各々が接続機構を有して成り、
ボディの全長が連続的で、第1セグメントおよび第2セグメントがボディの全長の略全体を規定するように、第2セグメントの各端部の接続機構が第1セグメントの対応する端部の接続部材に接続されている、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。 - ボディの第1セグメントおよび第2セグメントが(a)雄雌同体である、又は(b)円筒段面形状を有して成る、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。
- 第1セグメントと第2セグメントとの間の接続は、
第1セグメントの接続部材と第2セグメントの接続機構とのジョイントでボディをねじることにより断たれるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。 - 第1セグメントの接続部材および第2セグメントの接続機構がスナップ−フィット配置で相互に接続している、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。
- 接続部材又は接続機構の少なくとも1つが熱回復可能な形状記憶材料を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の取付けリング。
- 電気ケーブル・アッセンブリであって、
シールドを有して成る電気ケーブル、
フィッティングを有して成るバックシェル、および
請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の取付けリング
を有して成り、
電気ケーブルのシールドがフィッティングに受容されている、電気ケーブル・アッセンブリ。
