互いに対向する1対の連結片を有するコ字状断面の第1部材と、
前記第1部材の両連結片に外嵌される1対の被連結片を有するコ字状断面をなし、かつ前記両被連結片の所定領域を、切込み溝により囲まれた厚さ方向に弾性変形可能な弾性片とした第2部材と、
前記第1部材の両連結片と前記第2部材の両被連結片における前記弾性片の基端部付近同士を相対回動可能に連結する第1の連結軸と、
前記第1部材の両連結片と第2部材の両弾性片とを前記第1の連結軸を中心とする回動角度を調整可能に連結する第2の連結軸と、
前記第2の連結軸に設けられ、前記両弾性片を内向きに弾性変形させて前記第1部材の両連結片の外面に圧接させることにより、前記第1部材と第2部材とを所定の回動角度に固定する締付手段と、
