Description

The present invention relates to a stand provided with a pedestal portion and a column portion erected on the pedestal portion.

Conventionally, as this kind of stand, a support column is rotatably attached to a pedestal portion having a large installation area, and a fixing ring is provided to hold the support column in an upright state with respect to the pedestal portion. It is known that the inner peripheral surface of the fixing ring is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the lower end to prevent rattling of the support column (for example, see Patent Document 1).

By the way, there is a stand in which poles such as a streamer and a flag are attached to a column part standing on a pedestal part according to time. Even in such a stand, there is a demand for applying the above-described conventional stand to prevent the support portion from rattling.
In that case, since a carp streamer, a flag, etc. fly in the wind, a vibration is transmitted to the pedestal part through the support column part, and a part of the pedestal part may be lifted from the installation surface by the vibration.
From such a point, it is conceivable to increase the installation pressure of the pedestal portion with respect to the installation surface by placing a heavy object (for example, a concrete block) serving as a weight on the pedestal portion.

However, if a heavy object is simply placed on the pedestal part, the heavy object may be displaced due to the vibration transmitted to the pedestal part via the support part, and the heavy object may be displaced and detached from the pedestal part. Then, the installation pressure of the base part with respect to an installation surface cannot be raised reliably.
In addition, if the support is held only at the lower end with respect to the pedestal, the vibration transmitted to the pedestal via the support will act intensively only at the lower end of the support, thereby supporting the support efficiently. The stability of the support column is impaired.

Accordingly, the present inventor previously provided a substantially rectangular base in plan view in the pedestal portion in Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-242040 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2012-93615), and stood upward from the periphery of the base. A stand has been proposed in which an edge is provided to prevent dropping of a heavy object from the base (see Patent Document 2). The stand has a column portion whose lower end is swingably supported through a column support portion at a substantially central position of one of the opposite edges of the edge, and a shaft on each side of the other opposite edge of the edge. And a support member that is supported by a fixing member at a midway position of the support column while extending the tip while avoiding interference with a heavy object. In this case, while supporting the support column efficiently and improving the stability of the support column, it is possible to reliably prevent the detachment of heavy objects from the base due to the vibration transmitted to the pedestal through the support column. The installation pressure of the pedestal can be smoothly increased by heavy objects.

However, in the proposed one, the vibration is transmitted to the base on which the heavy object is placed via the support column and the support member, so that a bending load acts on the base and the base may be deformed. At this time, if the base is deformed, the installation pressure of the pedestal portion cannot be uniformly applied to the installation surface by the heavy object, and there is a risk of falling due to shaking.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a stand that can prevent the base from being deformed by a bending load acting on the base, and can reliably prevent a fall due to shaking. Is to provide.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is premised on a stand including a pedestal portion installed on a flat installation surface and a column portion erected on the pedestal portion. Furthermore, a substantially rectangular base in a plan view on which a heavy object serving as a weight is placed on the pedestal, and the upper part of the base rises upward from the periphery of the base, thereby restricting the dropping of the heavy object from the base. An edge and a short edge of the edges are provided at substantially the center position of one of the short edges facing each other, and the lower end of the support column is swingably supported via an axis extending in parallel with the short edge. The base end is swingably supported through a shaft extending in parallel with the short edge on the other short edge side of the long edge among the support pillars, and avoids interference with the heavy object. In addition, a support member is provided that extends upward and has each tip fixed to a middle position of the support column through a fixture. A plurality of ribs extending in the long edge direction or the short edge direction are provided on the heavy object placing surface of the base, and the long edge and the short edge are provided at four corners of the heavy object placing surface. bracing plates connecting the ends are set only.

According to this specific matter, the heavy object placement surface of the base is provided with a plurality of ribs extending in the long edge direction or the short edge direction, and the long edge and the short edge of the heavy object placement surface at the four corners. Since the bracing plate that connects the end portions is provided, the heavy object placement surface of the base and its four corners are effectively reinforced. As a result, even if a bending load is applied to the base on which a heavy object (for example, a concrete block) is placed due to the vibration transmitted through the support column and the support member, the ribs and the four corner braces of the heavy object mounting surface are applied. The deformation of the base is suppressed by the plate, and the installation pressure of the pedestal portion is uniformly applied to the installation surface by the heavy object, so that the fall due to the shaking can be surely prevented.

Further, on the lower surface of the pedestal portion, both ends of the long edges extend along the short edges, and long metal fittings whose ends protrude outward beyond the long edges are detachable. It is characterized by a mounting Rukoto.

In this case, the distance at which the installation pressure of the base acts on the installation surface is extended outward by the long metal fittings in the direction of the short edge rather than at both ends of the long edge, so that the fall due to shaking is more reliably ensured. Can be prevented.

Moreover, you may attach the elastic material to the lowermost surface of the said base part.

In this case, since the pedestal part is installed on the grounding surface via an elastic material, it is possible to prevent the grounding surface from being damaged when the pedestal part is installed and to exhibit an anti-slip effect. Can do.

In short, the heavy object placement surface of the base is effectively reinforced by a plurality of ribs extending in the long edge direction or the short edge direction, and the four corners of the heavy object placement surface are effectively reinforced by bracing plates. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the deformation due to the bending load of the heavy object placement surface, and to make the installation pressure of the pedestal part uniformly act on the installation surface by the heavy object and to reliably prevent the fall due to the shaking.

A penetrating through-hole 33 (only the lower end of the lower hollow pipe 31 is shown in FIG. 2) is provided. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower hollow pipe 31 and the upper hollow pipe 32 are connected to each other in a state where the lower end of the upper hollow pipe 32 is inserted from the upper end of the lower hollow pipe 31. The wing bolt 35 and the wing nut 36 inserted through the through-hole 33 are connected. In this case, a gap is formed between the inner diameter of the lower hollow pipe 31 and the outer diameter of the upper hollow pipe 32 so that both can slide.

The telescopic pole 5 is attached to the upper end of the upper hollow pipe 32. The telescopic pole 5 includes a base end pole member 52 and four pole members 53 to 56 which are accommodated in the base end pole member 52 so as to be extendable and contractible. A through hole 50 penetrating on the diameter is provided at the lower end portion of the base end pole member 52 so as to correspond to the through hole 33 at the upper end of the upper hollow pipe 32. The upper hollow pipe 32 and the proximal pole member 52 are inserted into the lower through-holes 33 and 50 with the lower end of the proximal pole member 52 inserted through the upper end of the upper hollow pipe 32. A heaton bolt 59 having an annular head is inserted and secured by a wing nut (not shown). The telescopic pole 5 includes a locking device 57 at the tip of each pole member 52 to 55 excluding the tip pole member 56 at the tip. The locking device 57 has a tapered thread portion (not shown) formed on the outer periphery of each of the pole members 52 to 55 and a thread portion (not shown) screwed into the thread portion on the inner peripheral side. An operation cylinder 571 that is included in the operation cylinder 571 and is pressed against the outer periphery of each of the pole members 53 to 56 on the distal end side of the threaded portion of the operation cylinder 571 when the operation cylinder 571 is tightened. Each of the pole members on the front end side by tightening the operation cylinder 571 and press-contacting the ring material to the outer periphery of each of the pole members 53 to 56 on the front end side. The distal ends of the pole members 52 to 55 on the proximal end side are firmly held by 53 to 56 so that they can be fixed.

A pulley (not shown) is attached to the tip of the most advanced pole material 56 of the telescopic pole 5. A hoisting rope 69 is wound around the pulley, and the hoisting of the carp streamer is made possible by winding or feeding the hoisting rope 69. In this case, the hoisting rope 69 is connected in an annular shape, and the portion located below is fastened to the annular head of the heaton bolt 59.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the base 21 serves as a heavy object placement surface extending along the short edges 223 and 224 so as to connect the long edges 221 and 222 facing each other of the edge 22. Three plate members 211, 211, ... are provided. The plate members 211 are arranged side by side with a gap (for example, a gap of about 60 mm) such that a heavy object placed on the base 21 does not fall out, and constitutes a heavy article placement surface. In this case, the pedestal portion 2 has its long edges 221 and 222 set to 480 mm and the short edges 223 and 224 set to 345 mm, respectively, and two water injection tanks W1 and W1 are placed side by side. . In the following description, for the sake of convenience, it is assumed that the short edges 223 and 224 are positioned on the front and rear sides of the pedestal portion 2 and the long edges 221 and 222 are positioned on the left and right sides of the pedestal portion 2, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 2, the support column 23 has a notch 220 at the center of the front and rear short edges 223 and 224, and the notch 220 of the front short edge 223 is outward (in FIG. 1). A convex projecting member 25 projecting leftward) is provided. The protruding member 25 is attached by being crimped to the short edges 223 on both the left and right sides of the notch. On the other hand, a flat plate member 29 (see FIG. 4) having the same height as the short edge 224 is caulked and attached to the notch 220 of the rear short edge 224. Further, the opposing pieces 251 and 251 of the protruding member 25 facing each other are provided with bolt insertion holes 252 (only one is shown in FIG. 2). And the lower end of the said support | pillar part 3, ie, the lower end of the lower hollow pipe 31, each said through-hole 33 in the state which made each through-hole 33 match with the bolt insertion hole 252 of each opposing piece 251 of the projection member 25. And a wing bolt 35 and a wing nut 36 inserted through the bolt insertion hole 252. In this case, the butterfly bolt 35 functions as an axis extending in parallel with the short edge 223 on the front side, and supports the lower end of the lower hollow pipe 31 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction between the opposed pieces 251 and 251 of the protruding member 25. doing.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, each of the support members 24 is formed in a pipe shape, and flat plate-like support pieces 241 and 242 are integrally provided at the base end and the distal end thereof, respectively. Each of the support pieces 241 and 242 is provided with a bolt insertion hole 243 (only one is shown in FIG. 5). Further, bolt insertion holes (not shown) are provided at the rear end portions of the left and right long edges 221 and 222 which are the left and right ends of the rear short edge 224 (right side in FIG. 1) of the edge 22. Is provided. The support piece 241 at the base end of each support member 24 is rotated by the rivet 71 in a state where the bolt insertion hole 243 is aligned with the bolt insertion holes at the rear end portions of the left and right long edges 221 and 222. It is supported freely. In this case, the axis of the rivet 71 functions as an axis extending in parallel with the rear short edge 224, and the base end of each support member 24 is rocked in the front-rear direction with respect to the rear end portions of the left and right long edges 221, 222. Supports freely.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the support piece 242 at the tip of each support member 24 is fixed to the middle position of the support column 3, that is, the upper end position of the lower hollow pipe 31 via the fixture 4. Has been. The fixing device 4 has flanges 41, 41 that open at one end in the circumferential direction so that they can be clamped by reducing the diameter with respect to the outer peripheral surface at the upper end position of the lower hollow pipe 31, and face each other at the open end. Are inserted into the clamp tool 42, the insertion hole 411 (only one is shown in FIG. 5) provided in each flange 41, and the bolt insertion hole 243 (only one is shown in FIG. 5) at the tip of each support member 24. A wing bolt 43 and a wing nut 44 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end position of the lower hollow pipe 31 so as to bring the flanges 41 close to each other. . In this case, the support column 3 (lower and upper hollow pipes 31 and 32) is supported by the support column support unit 23 and the support members 24 in a state slightly inclined backward from the vertical line.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the pipe portion of each support member 24 has a base end so as to avoid interference with the two water injection tanks W1 and W1 placed on the base 21 of the base portion 2. Extending to a midway position (for example, a position about two-fifths from the base end) while keeping the distance between each other, it is bent inward so as to go to the upper end position of the hollow pipe 31 below the midway position. .

As shown in FIG. 7, two ribs 225 and 225 extending in the direction of the short edges 223 and 224 are provided on each plate material 211 of the base 21 of the pedestal portion 2. The base 21 is also provided with bracing plates 26 that connect the ends of the long edges 221 and 222 and the short edges 223 and 224 at the four corners. The bracing plate 26 has a substantially isosceles triangular shape in plan view at the four corners of the base 21, and extends from the lower ends of the ends of the long edges 221 and 222 and the short edges 223 and 224 to the outer circumferential surface from the two equal sides. It rises along and it is crimped and attached to the edge part of the said both edges. Further, hard rubber legs 27 as elastic materials made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or the like are attached to the lowermost surface of the pedestal portion 2 installed on the ground, that is, the lower surface of each bracing plate 26. Each hard rubber leg 27 has a truncated cone shape, and a bolt 272 inserted from above into a through hole 271 passing through the shaft center from a bolt insertion hole 261 provided in the bracing plate 26, and a washer 273 and a nut 274 from below. It is attached by fixing with.

Next, a procedure for assembling the stand 1 will be described.
First, the bolts 272 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 261 of the bracing plates 26 at the four corners of the pedestal 2 and the through holes 271 of the hard rubber legs 27 from above, and the hard rubber legs 27 are attached by washers 273 and nuts 274 from below. Fasten to the bracing plate 26.

Then, the pedestal portion 2 is placed on the flat ground surface of the garden, and the distal end (support piece 242) is erected upward with the rivets 71 at the base ends (support pieces 241) as fulcrums. At this time, the fixture 4 is attached to the tip of each support member 24 in a state in which the wing bolt 43 and the wing nut 44 are loosened and the clamp tool 42 is expanded in diameter.

Next, the lower end of the lower hollow pipe 31 is supported on the support column support 23. That is, the through holes 33 and the bolts in the state where the through holes 33 at the lower end of the lower hollow pipe 31 are aligned with the bolt insertion holes 252 of the facing pieces 251 and 251 of the projecting member 25 of the front short edge 223. The lower end of the lower hollow pipe 31 is supported on the support column support 23 by a butterfly bolt 35 and a butterfly nut 36 inserted into the insertion hole 252. At this time, each through hole 33 at the lower end of the lower hollow pipe 31 has a shorter length from the end portion than each through hole 33 at the upper end, so that an attachment error does not occur.

Thereafter, the lower hollow pipe 31 is inserted into the clamp tool 42 of the fixture 4 from the upper end, and then the lower end of the upper hollow pipe 32 is inserted into the lower hollow pipe 31 from the upper end thereof, and the through holes 33 are connected to each other. It is attached by a wing bolt 35 and a wing nut 36 which are inserted into the respective through holes 33 in a state of being matched with each other.

Then, the lower end of the base pole material 52 of the telescopic pole 5 is inserted into the upper end of the upper hollow pipe 32, and the through hole 33 at the upper end of the upper hollow pipe 32 and the lower end of the base end pole material 52 of the telescopic pole 5 are penetrated. In a state where the hole 50 is matched, the heat-on bolt 59 is inserted and fixed by a wing nut. At this time, the telescopic pole 5 is fixed by the lock member 57 by extending the respective pole members 53 to 56. Further, by fixing the fixture 4 at the tip of each support member 24, that is, by tightening the butterfly bolt 43 and the wing nut 44 to reduce the diameter of the clamp tool 42, the tip of each support member 24 is attached to the upper end of the lower hollow pipe 31. Is fixed.

Thereafter, two empty water injection tanks W1 and W1 are placed on each plate member 211 of the base 21 of the pedestal portion 2, and water is injected into each water injection tank W1 using a hose or the like.

As described above, the two water injection tanks W1 and W1 placed on the base 21 of the pedestal portion 2 are prevented from dropping from the base 21 by the edge 22 rising upward from the peripheral edge of the pedestal portion 2. Yes. Therefore, even if a swing is transmitted to the pedestal portion 2 via the telescopic pole 5 and the support column portion 3 when the streamer, the flag, etc. fly in the wind, each water injection tank W1 is not displaced and does not separate from the base 21. . Thereby, the installation pressure with respect to the ground surface of the base part 2 is raised smoothly by each water injection tank W1.

In addition, the upper end position of the lower hollow pipe 31 whose lower end is supported by the support column support part 23 at the approximate center position of the front short edge 223 of the pedestal part 2 is the rear end part of the left and right long edges 221 and 222. From the left and right ends of the rear short edge 224, the upper end position of the lower hollow pipe 31 faces the lower end of the hollow pipe 31. Supported. For this reason, the vibration transmitted to the pedestal portion 2 via the support column 3 is dispersed between the lower end of the support column 3 and the left and right ends of the rear short edge 224 facing the lower end, thereby supporting the support column 3 efficiently. Therefore, the stability of the column 3 is enhanced. Further, since each support member 24 extends to a midway position while maintaining the interval between the base ends, interference with each water injection tank W1 placed on the base 21 of the pedestal portion 2 can be smoothly avoided and bulky. Even a heavy object is easily placed on the base 21 of the base 2.

Therefore, in this embodiment, each plate material 211 of the base 21 is provided with two ribs 225 and 225 extending in the direction of the short edges 223 and 224, and the long edges 221 and 221 at the four corners of the base 21. Since the bracing plates 26 that connect the ends of the 222 and the short edges 223 and 224 are provided, the plate members 211 of the base 21 and the four corners of the base 21 are effectively reinforced. As a result, even if a bending load is applied to the base 21 on which the two water injection tanks W1 are placed by the vibration transmitted through the support column 3 and the support members 24, the ribs of the plate members 211 of the base 21 are supported. The deformation of the base 21 is suppressed by the 225 and the bracing plates 26 at the four corners, and the installation pressure of the pedestal portion 2 can be uniformly applied to the ground by the respective water injection tanks W1 to surely prevent the falling due to the shaking.

Further, since the hard rubber legs 27 are respectively attached to the lower surface of each bracing plate 26 which is the lowermost surface of the pedestal part 2, the pedestal part 2 is installed via the hard rubber legs 27 at the four corners with respect to the ground. In addition to preventing damage to the ground when installing 2, the anti-slip effect can be exhibited.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, The other various modifications are included. For example, in the above embodiment, the base 21 is installed on the ground. However, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, both end portions of the long edges 221 and 222 are placed on the bracing plates 26 at the four corners of the base portion 2. A pair of front and rear long metal fittings 37 extending in the left-right direction along the short edges 223 and 224 may be detachably attached, and the base 21 may be installed on the ground via the long metal fittings 37. Each long metal fitting 37 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, has an inner through hole 370 at a position corresponding to the bolt insertion hole 261 of each bracing plate 26, and extends from the bolt insertion hole 261 of each bracing plate 26. The bolt 272 inserted from above into the inner through hole 370 is attached by being fastened by a washer 273 and a nut 274 from below. Both ends of each long metal fitting 37 protrude outward beyond each long edge 221, 222, and each hard rubber leg 27 is connected to each of the long metal fittings 37 from outer through holes 371 respectively provided at both ends. The bolt 272 inserted from above into the through hole 271 of the hard rubber leg 27 is attached by being fastened by a washer 273 and a nut 274 from below. In this case, the distance on which the installation pressure of the base 21 acts on the ground is extended outward in the direction of the short edges 223 and 224 by the long metal fittings 37 from both ends of the long edges 221 and 222. It becomes possible to more reliably prevent a fall due to shaking.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the middle part of the pair of left and right short metal fittings 38 extending in the front-rear direction is detachably attached to the distal end of each long metal fitting 37, and the base 21 is interposed via the short metal fittings 38. It may be installed on the ground. Each of the short metal fittings 38 is formed in a flat plate shape and includes a through hole 381 provided in a middle portion thereof (a position having a ratio of approximately 3 to 1 in the longitudinal direction in FIGS. 10 and 11). Each short metal fitting 38 is attached by fixing a bolt 272 inserted from above through the through hole 371 of each long metal fitting 37 with a washer 273 and a nut 274 from below. Yes. In this case, the distance at which the installation pressure of the base 21 acts on the ground is further extended in the front-rear direction by the respective short metal fittings 38, and it is possible to more reliably prevent the fall due to shaking. Needless to say, a sheet-like elastic material may be attached to the lower surface of each short metal fitting 38.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the two series hollow pipes 31 and 32 were used as the support | pillar part 3, as shown in FIG. 12, the triple series which enables the display of a longer streamer is possible. Three hollow pipes 31, 30, and 32 may be used. The support column 3 is configured by connecting an extension pipe 30 between a lower hollow pipe 31 and an upper hollow pipe 32. The extension pipe 30 is formed to have the same diameter as the lower hollow pipe 31, and a connection pipe 301 whose tip protrudes downward from the lower end is attached to the lower end portion to enable connection with the lower hollow pipe 31. Yes.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the two rectangular box-shaped water injection tanks W1 and W1 were applied as the heavy article W, as shown in FIG. 13, two concrete blocks W2 and W2 are on the base 21. It may be placed.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the telescopic pole 5 to which the windsock and the streamer were attached was supported by the support | pillar part 3, as shown in FIG. 14, the telescopic pole 5 to which the scissor 9 was attached is supported by the support | pillar part 3. Also good. In this case, the support column 3 is supported by the support column support unit 23 and the support members 24 while standing on a substantially vertical line.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the base 21 was provided with the three board | plate materials 211, 211, ..., the base may be comprised with the board | plate material of 1 sheet or 2 sheets.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the long edges 221 and 222 of the base part 2 were set to 480 mm and the short edges 223 and 224 were set to 345 mm, respectively, the dimension of the long edge and short edge of a base part is limited to this. Needless to say, in order to increase the weight of a heavy article, it may be set to a dimension larger than this.
