車輪構成部をパレット等の載置台の底面に着脱可能に掛け止めてドーリーとして用いるドーリー用の車輪構造において、
車輪構成部が、パレットの底部に取り付けるプレート状のベース片と、該ベース片の裏面に装着されたキャスタ又は車輪と、前記ベース片上に立設されてドーリー底部のコーナー部又は縁部に沿って掛止められる一対のコーナー掛止片と、前記車輪構成部をドーリー底部に着脱可能に固定するための取付部材とからなり、
該取付部材は、コーナー掛止片の内側となるベース片にそれぞれ基端を固定した内側バネ部と外側バネ部とからなり、
前記内側バネ部は、中間位置で外向きに突出する湾曲部の先端部分がコーナー掛止片の内壁面にほぼ接する位置まで延びる断面略C状に形成されており、
前記外側バネ部は、下方で内向きに突出する湾曲部から外方へ延びて前記コーナー掛止片に穿設されている窓孔を通り抜け、上部が前記窓孔の上部のコーナー掛止片の外壁面に掛止められる断面略S状に形成されており、
コーナー掛止片の内壁面に沿って配置されるパレットのコーナーの外周壁を前記外側バネ部の湾曲部と内側バネ部の湾曲部とで挟圧しうることを特徴とするドーリー用の車輪構造。
