The connecting units are respectively arranged in the first shaft holes and the second shaft holes which are opposite to each other in a penetrating way, and are used for mutually engaging the first tooth part of each first connecting part with the second tooth part of the corresponding connecting lug, so that the connecting lugs are respectively fixed on the first connecting parts in a rotation stopping way.
Preferably, the first spherical surface of each clamping arm of the clamping arm unit is convex, and the second spherical surface of each connecting lug of the basket assembly seat is concave.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of a carrying device of the present invention is adapted to be installed at a connection between a bicycle handlebar 100 and a handlebar stem 200, and the carrying device includes a clamping arm unit 1, an abutting member 2, a basket assembly seat 3, and a connecting unit 4.
The clamping arm unit 1 includes two clamping arms 10 spaced apart from each other, two locking members 14, and a connecting member 15 connected between the clamping arms 10, each clamping arm 10 having a fixed arm 11 and a fastener 12 detachably connected to the fixed arm 11. The fixed arms 11 are integrally formed with the connecting member 15.
Each of the fixed arm members 11 has an upper arc block 111, an arm portion 112 extending forward and downward from the upper arc block 111, a first connecting portion 113 connected to the arm portion 112 and opposite to one end of the upper arc block 111, and a pivot hole 118 disposed at the rear side of the arm portion 112 and having a circular-truncated shape. The first connecting portion 113 has a first pivot area 114 and a first axial hole 115 penetrating the center of the first pivot area 114 along an axis L, the first pivot area 114 has a first spherical surface 116, and a plurality of first teeth 117 protruding from the first spherical surface 116 and radially surrounding the first axial hole 115, and the first spherical surface 116 is protruded. Each fastener 12 has a lower arc block 121 corresponding to the upper arc block 111, a second connecting portion 122 connected to the rear of the lower arc block 121, and a pivot portion 123 pivotally nested in the corresponding pivot hole 118.
Each locking member 14 is formed by a screw 141 cooperating with a nut 142 and used for screwing and fixing the corresponding upper arc block 111 and the second connecting portion 122, and the upper arc block 111 and the lower arc block 121 of each clamping arm 10 cooperate to form a clamping portion 13 having a set of holes 131.

The frame assembly seat 3 is adjustably pivoted to the first connecting portions 113 of the clamping arm unit 1, the frame assembly seat 3 includes two connecting lugs 31 spaced apart and respectively corresponding to the first connecting portions 113, and an assembly plate 32 connected to the connecting lugs 31, each connecting lug 31 has a second pivot area 311 corresponding to and in concave-convex fit with the corresponding first pivot area 114, and a second pivot hole 312 penetrating through the center of the second pivot area 311 along the axis L, the second pivot area 311 has a second spherical surface 313, and a plurality of second tooth portions 314 protruding from the second spherical surface 313 and radially surrounding the second pivot hole 312, and the second spherical surface 313 is recessed.
The connecting unit 4 has two screws 41 and two nuts 42, the screws 41 are respectively inserted into the first axial hole 115 and the second axial hole 312 which are opposite to each other and are screwed with the corresponding nuts 42, the connecting unit 4 is used for making the first spherical surfaces 116 and the second spherical surfaces 313 approach each other, engaging the first tooth portion 117 of each first connecting portion 113 with the second tooth portion 314 of the corresponding connecting lug 31, and making the connecting lugs 31 respectively fixed on the first connecting portions 113 in a rotation-stopping manner.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, when the assembly of the clamping arm unit 1 with the abutting member 2 and the basket assembly seat 3 is completed and the screw 41 of the connecting unit 4 is in a locked state with respect to the nut 42, the first spherical surfaces 116 approach the corresponding second spherical surfaces 313, respectively, and the first tooth portion 117 of each first connecting portion 113 is engaged with the second tooth portion 314 of the corresponding connecting lug 31, so that the connecting lugs 31 are fixed to the first connecting portions 113 in a rotation-stop manner, respectively, thereby preventing the clamping arm unit 1 and the basket assembly seat 3 from rotating relative to each other about the axis L as a rotation center, and ensuring the basket assembly seat 3 to be stably positioned.
When the bicycle is to be installed, the upper arc blocks 111 are matched with the lower arc blocks 121 and clamped on the bicycle handle 100, so that the bicycle handle 100 is accommodated in the sleeve holes 131, the abutting piece 2 abuts against the handle stem 200 of the bicycle, and the corresponding upper arc blocks 111 and the corresponding lower arc blocks 121 are screwed and fixed by the locking pieces 14, thereby completing the installation operation.
When the use angle of the basket assembly seat 3 relative to the clamping arm unit 1 needs to be adjusted, the screws 41 need only to be unscrewed, and then the basket assembly seat 3 is pulled to rotate relative to the clamping arm unit 1 with the axis L as the rotation center, the first tooth portions 117 and the corresponding second tooth portions 314 can be changed from the engagement state to the elastic disengagement state, and a "click" sound is generated, at the instant when the first teeth 117 and the corresponding second teeth 314 are elastically disengaged, the first connecting portions 113 and the corresponding connecting lugs 31 are also relatively distant along the axis L, and the first connecting portions 113 and the corresponding connecting lugs 31 are relatively biased and have the releasing elastic force, and then the releasing elastic force generated by the first connecting portions 113 and the corresponding connecting lugs 31 is utilized, and automatically engage the first teeth 117 with the corresponding second teeth 314. When the basket assembly seat 3 is adjusted to a predetermined position relative to the clamping arm unit 1, the operator only needs to lock the screws 41 and fix the connecting lugs 31 to the first connecting portions 113 in a rotation-stopping manner, so that the operation of the present embodiment is very convenient.
In summary, the advantages of the carrying apparatus of the present invention can be summarized as follows:
first, the first spherical surface 116 of the first connecting portion 113 of the clamping arm unit 1 and the second spherical surface 313 of each connecting lug 31 of the basket assembly seat 3 have the functions of automatic guiding and centering when the connecting lugs 31 are assembled with the first connecting portions 113, so that the first shaft holes 115 and the second shaft holes 312 can be easily aligned with the axis L, and the screws 41 can be conveniently locked in, thereby achieving fast operation.
Secondly, since the first tooth portions 117 and the corresponding second tooth portions 314 can be changed from the engagement state to the elastic disengagement state, when the angle of the basket assembly base 3 needs to be adjusted, the use angle of the basket assembly base 3 and the clamping arm units 1 can be adjusted by loosening the screws 41, thereby achieving the effect of convenient operation.
Third, the pivoting portion 123 of each fastener 12 can be pivotally nested in the corresponding pivot hole 118 of the fixed arm 11, so as to avoid rivet assembly, and meet the concept of green design.
In the process of adjusting the usage angle of the basket assembly seat 3 relative to the clamping arm unit 1, the connecting lugs 31 can temporarily stop rotating relative to the first connecting portions 113 by the mutual engagement of the first teeth 117 and the corresponding second teeth 314, and even if the basket assembly seat 3 is under the action of its own weight, the connecting lugs will not rotate relative to the clamping arm unit 1.

the basket frame assembly seat is adjustably pivoted on the first connecting part of the clamping arm unit and comprises two connecting lugs which are spaced and respectively opposite to the first connecting part and an assembly plate connected with the connecting lugs, each connecting lug is provided with a second pivoting area which is opposite to the corresponding first pivoting area and is in concave-convex fit with the corresponding first pivoting area, a second shaft hole which penetrates through the center of the second pivoting area along the axis, and the second pivoting area is provided with a second spherical surface and a plurality of second tooth parts which are convexly arranged on the second spherical surface and radially surround the periphery of the second shaft hole; and
a connecting unit, which is inserted into the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole which are opposite to each other and have coincident axes L, for engaging the first tooth portion of each first connecting portion with the second tooth portion of the corresponding connecting lug, the connecting unit has two screws and two nuts, the screws are inserted into the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole which are opposite to each other and are screwed with the corresponding nuts, the connecting unit is used for making the first spherical surface and the second spherical surface approach each other, and engaging the first tooth portion of each first connecting portion with the second tooth portion of the corresponding connecting lug, and making the connecting lugs fixed on the first connecting portions in a rotation-stopping manner, respectively, the first spherical surface of each clamping arm of the clamping arm unit is convex, and the second spherical surface of each connecting lug of the basket frame assembly seat is concave,
