Description
Claims (12)
- 固定シールまたは動的シールを表面に形成するシール部材であって、少なくともその表面が非充填性熱硬化性ポリイミド重合体またはグラファイト充填材を含む熱硬化性ポリイミド重合体から形成され、第1部位および第2部位を有するニードルシールを形成し、前記第1部位は、貫通形成された通り穴を備えるt字形状の輪郭を有し、通り穴の内側表面は、通り穴の中に挿入された針先端に内側表面が接触するとき動的シールが形成される表面であり、第1部位は、上部位と底部位とを含み、前記上部位が円筒形状を有し、前記底部位がニードルシールの第2部位の中に挿入される、シール部材。
- 液体クロマトグラフィシステム内で動的シールを形成する、請求項1に記載のシール部材。
- 液体クロマトグラフィシステムに試料を注入するのに使用される注入器に備わるニードルシールを形成する、請求項1に記載のシール部材。
- 第1部位が、非充填性熱硬化性ポリイミドから形成されている、請求項1に記載のシール部材。
- 通り穴が、針先端を有する針が中に挿入される通り穴の第1端部の開口部に対して内向きにテーパ状となる第1部位を含む、請求項4に記載のシール部材。
- 通り穴が、第1部位に近接した非テーパ状の第2部位を含む、請求項5に記載のシール部材。
- 通り穴が、通り穴の第2部位に隣接した別のテーパ状部位を含み、当該別のテーパ状部位は、第1端部に対向する通り穴の第2端部で円錐状部位を形成する、請求項6に記載のシール部材。
- 前記第2部位が、ステンレススチールから形成されている、請求項1に記載のシール部材。
- 前記第2部位が、第2部位が第1部位よりも大きな機械的強度を有することを示す機械的特性を有する材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載のシール部材。
- ニードルシールを形成するための部品を製造する方法であって、
非充填性熱硬化性ポリイミド重合体またはグラファイト充填材を含む熱硬化性ポリイミド重合体である材料からなる部材を提供するステップと、
前記部品を作り出すために前記部材を処理するステップであって、前記部品がその表面に固定シールまたは動的シールを形成するのに使用され、処理された部材がニードルシールの第1部位を形成するステップと、
前記部材を切断するステップと、
貫通形成された通り穴を備えるt字形状の輪郭を有するように前記部材を加工するステップであって、通り穴(1006)の内側表面は、通り穴の中に挿入された針先端に内側表面が接触するとき動的シールが形成される表面であり、前記部材は、上部位と底部位とを含み、前記上部位が円筒形状を有し、前記底部位がニードルシールの第2部位の中に挿入され、前記部材および前記第2部位がニードルシールを形成するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記部材をニードルシールの第2部位の他の通り穴への挿入を通じてプレス嵌めするステップをさらに備える、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第2部位が、ステンレススチールから形成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
