Description
本体が単一部材から形成されること、及び
連結部材が締めネジにより形成され、ネジが、一方で、U字の第一枝部に通されるヘッドを備え、ヘッドは、螺着されるにつれてロッドを押圧するように構成されたテーパー部を含み、よって可撓性片の二つの端部を壁に対して押圧し、さらにネジが、他方で、U字の反対の枝部上に螺着される端部を備えることを特徴とする、脊椎骨固定器具を提案する。
− U字の底面壁が、ロッドの形状を補完する半円筒形状であり、底面壁の各側端が縦方向フランジ(11)により成り、縦方向フランジは、該枝部が変形することによりロッドをU字の底面に挟持することを可能とする。
− 締めネジのヘッドが、U字の第一枝部の外面と協働するように設計された肩部をさらに含む。
− 固定本体、ロッド及び連結部材がチタン製である;
− 固定本体が高分子材料製である;
− U字の底面が、摩擦により作用する補足的な拘止切欠きを含む;
− 切欠きが、U字の底面の縦軸に(又は、部材の縦対称面に)並行であり、平坦な頂部を有する;
− 切欠きが、U字の縦方向面に並行であり、ループ締め付けの際に摺動が起こる方向に対抗する角度又はその方向に垂直な角度を形成する縁部を有する逆止切欠きである;
− 可撓性片が、高分子製の紐である。
− 可撓性片が、脊椎骨の一部の周囲に通され、この一部を締めるループを形成し、ループの自由端が、ロッドへの固定のために保持された側において出され、そして
− 自由端が、上記ロッド上の単一片固定本体の二つの空孔内に通され、この固定本体は、U字形断面を有し、空孔のそれぞれは、U字の各枝部においてU字の底面側に位置している方法であって、
− ロッドが、自由端がロッドとU字の底面との間に拘持されるように、U字の開口部を介して挟持により導入される、
− 脊椎骨の一部上のループの張力が、ストランドを同時に引っ張ることにより調節される、そして
− 調節可能拘止手段によりロッドがストランドに対して徐々に押圧され、並行移動してそれらを拘止し、調節可能拘止手段が、U字の二つの枝部の対向端部を連結する連結部材により形成される、ことを特徴とする。
Claims (9)
- 円柱のロッド(2)に脊柱の脊椎骨(25)を留めるための脊椎骨固定器具(1)であり、
該ロッド上の固定本体(3)と、
該脊椎骨を前記固定本体に連結するための可撓性片(4)と、
該可撓性片を前記固定本体上に拘止するための調節可能手段(5)と
を含み、
前記固定本体(3)は、
U字形断面を有し、
該U字は、その前記U字の底面壁(10)と前記調節可能拘止手段との間に前記ロッドを通過させるためであり、
前記調節可能拘止手段(5)は、前記U字の二つの枝部(6、7)の対向する各端部を連結する連結部材(18)により形成され、
前記各枝部(6、7)のそれぞれは、前記U字の前記底面側に位置して対向する空孔(14)、すなわち、前記片の各自由端を通すための第一空孔、及び、前記片を、具体的には脊椎骨上に固定ループを形成するために通すための反対側の第二空孔を含む、
器具であって、
前記本体が単一部材から形成されること、及び
前記連結部材(18)が締めネジにより形成され、
該ネジが、一方に、前記U字の第一の枝部(6)に通されるヘッド(19)を備え、
該ヘッドは、螺着されるにつれて前記ロッド(2)上を進行して押圧するように構成されたテーパー部(21)を含み、
それによって前記可撓性片の前記二つの端部を前記壁に対して押圧し、
さらに前記ネジが、他方に、前記U字の反対側の枝部上に螺着される端部(20)を備え、
前記U字の前記底面壁(10)が、前記ロッドの形状を補完する半円筒形状であり、
前記底面壁の各側端が縦方向フランジ(11)により成り、
該縦方向フランジは、前記各枝部が変形することにより、前記ロッドを前記U字の前記底面に挟持することを可能とし、
前記締めネジの前記ヘッドが、前記U字の前記第一の枝部の外面(24)と協働するように設計された肩部(23)も含む
ことを特徴とする、脊椎骨固定器具。 - 前記固定本体(3)、前記ロッド(2)及び前記連結部材(18)がチタン製である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記固定本体(3)が、高分子材料で作られている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の器具。 - 前記U字の前記底面(10)が、摩擦により作用する補足的な複数の拘止切欠き(15)を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の器具。 - 前記各切欠き(15)が、前記U字の前記底面の縦軸に並行であり、平坦な頂部を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の器具。 - 前記各切欠きが、前記U字の前記底面の前記縦軸に並行であり、前記ループを締め付ける方向に向けて摺動させる方向に対抗する各角度又は該方向に垂直な各角度、を形成する各縁部を有する、逆止の各切欠きである
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の器具。 - 前記可撓性片(4)が、高分子製の紐である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の器具。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の器具(1)を少なくとも二つ含むロッド上で脊柱を矯正するためのシステムであって、前記各器具が固定されている前記円柱のロッド(2)を含む
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 二つのロッド(2)、及び少なくとも四つの器具(1)を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のシステム。
