Description
複数の時点においてカフの複数の圧力値を得るステップ、
複数の圧力値、複数の時点におけるカフの複数の目標圧力値、及び複数の時点の隣接する2時点毎の間の各時間間隔に対応する複数の膨張速度パラメータに基づいて第1の膨張速度パラメータを計算するステップ、及び
複数の時点の最後の時点から複数の時点後最初の時点まで、第1の膨張速度パラメータに対応する速度でカフを膨張させるステップ。
複数の時点においてカフの複数の圧力値を得るための圧力センサ、
複数の圧力値、複数の時点におけるカフの複数の目標圧力値、及び複数の時点の隣接する2時点毎の間の各時間間隔に対応する複数の膨張速度パラメータに基づいて第1の膨張速度パラメータを計算するためのプロセッサ、及び、
複数の時点の最後の時点から複数の時点後最初の時点まで、第1の膨張速度パラメータに対応する速度でカフを膨張させるための膨張ユニット。
というルールに従って決定される。随意に、時間間隔(すなわち期間)に対応する膨張速度パラメータが第1の膨張速度を計算するために使用されるかどうかは、上記時間間隔に対応する重み係数をゼロ若しくは非ゼロに設定することによって決定される。
Claims (10)
- 非侵襲的血圧測定装置のカフを膨張させる方法であって、
複数の時点において前記カフの複数の圧力値を得るステップと、
前記複数の時点の隣接する2時点の間の時間間隔にそれぞれ対応する前記圧力値の複数の変動値、前記時間間隔にそれぞれ対応する前記カフの目標圧力値の複数の変動値、及び前記時間間隔にそれぞれ対応する複数の膨張速度パラメータに基づいて第1の膨張速度パラメータを計算するステップと、
前記複数の時点の最後の時点から前記複数の時点後最初の時点まで、前記第1の膨張速度パラメータに対応する速度で前記カフを膨張させるステップとを有する、方法。 - Ki+1≧Kiである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 隣接する2時点毎の間の各時間間隔が所定期間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定期間が100ms乃至800msの範囲である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 非侵襲的血圧測定装置のカフを膨張させるための装置であって、
複数の時点において前記カフの複数の圧力値を得るための圧力センサと、
前記複数の時点の隣接する2時点の間の時間間隔にそれぞれ対応する前記圧力値の複数の変動値、前記時間間隔にそれぞれ対応する前記カフの目標圧力値の複数の変動値、及び前記時間間隔にそれぞれ対応する複数の膨張速度パラメータに基づいて第1の膨張速度パラメータを計算するためのプロセッサと、
前記複数の時点の最後の時点から前記複数の時点後最初の時点まで、前記第1の膨張速度パラメータに対応する速度で前記カフを膨張させるための膨張ユニットとを有する、装置。 - Ki+1≧Kiである、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 隣接する2時点毎の間の各時間間隔が所定期間である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記所定期間が100ms乃至800msの範囲である、請求項9に記載の装置。
