Description
(1)溶銑または溶鋼を保持し、保持した溶銑または溶鋼を搬送する或いは保持した溶銑または溶鋼に精錬処理を実施するための製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造であって、製鉄用容器の外側から、鉄皮、永久耐火物層、ワーク耐火物層をこの順に有し、前記ワーク耐火物層は、耐火物の圧縮強度σC(MPa)、熱膨張係数α(1/K)、静的弾性率E(MPa)及びポアソン比ν(−)と、ワーク耐火物層の使用温度と室温との温度差ΔT(K)とが、下記の(1)式の関係を満足する材質の耐火物からなることを特徴とする、製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。
(3)前記製鉄用容器が溶銑鍋であり、且つ、前記静的弾性率Eを200MPa以上とすることを特徴とする、上記(1)または上記(2)に記載の製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。

Claims (3)
- 前記ワーク耐火物層は、Al2O3、SiC、MgOのうちの1種または2種以上と、6〜12質量%の含有量の炭素と、を含有する成形煉瓦によって構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。
- 前記製鉄用容器が溶銑鍋であり、且つ、前記静的弾性率Eを200MPa以上とすることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。
