Description
Claims (14)
- 燃料タンク(1)に取り付けるサポートアームアセンブリ(39)であって、前記サポートアームアセンブリ(39)は、
燃料を燃料ポンプ(13)に輸送する燃料輸送チューブ(17)を支持するサポートアーム(43)と、
前記燃料タンク(1)と協働して前記サポートアーム(43)を前記燃料タンク(1)内の所定位置に支持するサポートフット(49)とを備え、
前記サポートフット(49)はばねで付勢されており、前記サポートアームアセンブリ(39)を前記燃料タンク(1)の天井に対して付勢し、
前記燃料輸送チューブ(17)は、その第1および第2の端部の間の少なくとも一部の長さに沿って前記サポートアーム(43)により支持される、サポートアームアセンブリ。 - 前記サポートフット(49)は弾性材料から形成されている、請求項1のサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記サポートアーム(43)は、前記サポートアームアセンブリ(39)を前記燃料タンク(1)内にピボット回転可能に設けるためのコネクタ(51)を有する、請求項1又は2のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記サポートフット(49)を所定の方向に向けて前記サポートアーム(43)に取り付けるリテーナ(101,103)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記リテーナ(101,103)が弾性ファスナー又は機械的ファスナーを有する、請求項4のサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記サポートフット(49)が前記サポートアーム(43)に解放可能に設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記サポートフット(49)は、前記燃料タンク(1)の側壁に係合するように構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記サポートフット(49)は、前記燃料タンク(1)に係合する曲がった接触面を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- センダーアームフロート(37)を有する燃料レベルセンダーユニット(35)を備えている、請求項1〜8のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記サポートフット(49)は、前記燃料レベルセンダーユニット(35)を前記燃料タンク(1)内で所定の高さに支持するために適している、請求項9のサポートアームアセンブリ(39)。
- 前記サポートフット(49)は弾性材料から形成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(39)内に設けるサポートフット(49)。
- 前記サポートフット(49)を所定の方向に向けて前記サポートアーム(43)上に設けるブラケット(103)を備えている請求項11のサポートフット(49)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかのサポートアームアセンブリ(43)又はサポートフットと組み合わせた燃料タンク(1)。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかの燃料タンク、サポートアームアセンブリ、又はサポートフットを有する乗物。
