Description
Claims (6)
- 弁アクチュエータと、
前記弁アクチュエータから長手方向に延在すると共に、互いに離間する2つの弁がさを自身上に有する弁棒と、
前記弁アクチュエータに取り付けられると共に、前記弁アクチュエータから長手方向に延在するフレームであって、各々が1つの前記弁がさ用の弁座を自身上に形成された第1及び第2の半周方向部材を含み、該第1及び第2の半周方向部材により接続される複数の長手部材を有し前記弁棒と弁がさを部分的に外囲する第1のフレーム部分と、各々が1つの前記弁がさ用の弁座を自身上に形成された第1及び第2の半周方向部材を含み、該第1及び第2の半周方向部材により接続される複数の長手部材を有し前記弁棒と弁がさを部分的に外囲する第2のフレーム部分を備え、前記第1のフレーム部分と前記第2のフレーム部分は結合されて前記弁棒及び弁がさを外囲し、前記半周方向部材は結合されて弁座を形成するフレームとを含む4室組込型カートリッジ式弁組立体。 - 前記長手部材を接続すると共に前記第1及び第2の半周方向部材間に配置される第3の周方向部材を含み、更に前記第3の周方向部材に取り付けられる円板型シールを含む請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記円板型シールは、前記フレームの各嵌め合い部分に1つずつ取り付けられる2つの部分で形成され、前記嵌め合い部分を嵌め合わせると、前記シール板の前記2つの部分が結合される請求項2に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記長手部材は、前記弁棒に対して平行である請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2の半周方向部材の各々は、自身の半径方向外側表面上に形成されるOリングを受け入れる弁座を含み、更に各々の前記弁座に取り付けられるOリングを含む請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 排気ガス再循環弁用弁カートリッジ組立体の組立方法において、
弁アクチュエータを用意する段階と、
自身上において互いに離間する2つの弁がさを有する弁棒に前記弁アクチュエータを取り付けて前記弁棒から長手方向に延在させる段階と、
少なくとも第1及び第2の半周方向部材により接続される複数の長手部材を有する第1のフレーム部分を前記弁アクチュエータに取り付ける段階であって、前記第1及び第2の半周方向部材の各々は、1つの前記弁がさ用の弁座の一部分を自身上に形成され、前記フレームは前記弁棒と弁がさとを部分的に外囲する段階と、
少なくとも第1及び第2の半周方向部材により接続される複数の長手部材を有する第2のフレーム部分を前記弁アクチュエータに取り付ける段階であって、前記第1及び第2の半周方向部材の各々は、1つの前記弁がさ用の弁座の一部分を自身上に形成され、前記第1及び第2のフレーム部分は結合されて前記弁棒及び弁がさを外囲し、前記半周方向部材は結合されて弁座を形成する段階とを含む方法。
