Claims (11)
- (a)円形の基部に支持され、下部プレートと下部円筒状側壁とを有する円形皿と、
(b)上部プレートと上部円筒状側壁とを有し、前記皿の前記下部円筒状側壁に嵌合するよう寸法調整された円形蓋と
を含んだロック可能な細胞培養チャンバであって、
前記基部及び前記蓋は、前記基部と前記蓋との固定係合を妨げ、且つ、前記基部と前記蓋とを固定係合において固定するアンチロック手段及びロック手段を具備し、前記アンチロック手段及びロック手段は、少なくとも2対の結合可能な部材を含み、前記結合可能な部材の対の各々は、(i)ブロッキングボスに近接したL字型受け部材と、(ii)前記ブロッキングボスにより停止可能であり、前記L字型結合部材と摺動自在且つ圧縮自在に係合できるように寸法調整及び成形された径方向タブとを含み、
前記L字型受け部材が、前記径方向タブを受け入れる開放端と、前記径方向タブ用の止めを形成する閉鎖端とを有し、
前記ブロッキングボスが、前記L字型受け部材の前記開放端に近接し、
前記ブロッキングボスが、回転トルクが前記皿及び/又は前記蓋に適用される場合を除いて、前記径方向タブが前記L字型受け部材と係合するのを阻止する、
細胞培養チャンバ。 - 前記L字型受け部材が、前記上部プレート及び前記上部円筒状側壁の内側と一体となっており、
前記径方向タブが、前記蓋の前記下部円筒状側壁の外側と一体となっている請求項1に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。 - 前記L字型受け部材及び前記径方向タブが、前記基部に対して前記蓋を回転させる力を適用することにより、摺動自在に互いに係合することができる請求項1に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 前記L字型受け部材及び前記径方向タブが、前記基部に対して前記蓋を回転させる力を加えることにより、摺動自在に相互に外れることができる請求項3に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 前記径方向タブが、前記径方向タブと一体となったタブボスを具備する請求項4に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 前記ブロッキングボスの径方向の寸法が、前記タブボスの径方向の寸法よりもわずかに小さい請求項5に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 前記蓋の内部が、スペーサを具備する請求項6に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 互いに約120°離隔した3つの前記スペーサが存在する請求項7に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 前記蓋が、透明である請求項1に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 前記皿が、微生物成長培地を含む請求項1に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
- 無菌包装内に包装された請求項10に記載の細胞培養チャンバ。
