Description
Claims (10)
- 酸化リンおよび金属酸化物を含む有機廃棄物のリサイクル処理方法であって、上記廃棄物は、塩素担体と混合され、続いて、0.85≦λ≦1.6の空気比において、熱処理され、少なくとも部分的に酸化され、かつ生成した金属塩化物は排出されて回収され、続いて、金属塩化物の排出後の溶融した残留フラクションが、蒸発する単体リンの回収のために還元される、リサイクル処理方法。
- 上記熱処理は、1300−1600℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 上記廃棄物に、さらに、石灰が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1また2に記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 塩素担体が混合された上記廃棄物は、酸化のために、キャリアガスと共に、サイクロンを経由して燃焼室の中に流し込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1,2または3に記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 上記キャリアガスとして、酸素含有気体が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 上記塩素担体は、塩素含有合成樹脂、アルカリ金属塩化物、アルカリ土類金属塩化物、セメントキルンダスト、および製鋼所ダストからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 金属塩化物の排出後の上記残留フラクションの還元は、少なくとも部分的に誘導加熱される、粒子状のコークスおよび/またはグラファイトを充填したカラムを用いて行われ、蒸発する単体リンが排出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項の記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 上記排出されたリンは、冷却により、白リンとして回収されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 上記カラムの酸化還元電位は、気体の吹き込みにより調節され、カラムの温度は、電力の調節および気体の吹き込みにより設定されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のリサイクル処理方法。
- 酸化リンおよび金属酸化物を含む有機廃棄物のリサイクル処理方法であって、上記廃棄物は、塩素担体と混合され、続いて、0.85≦λ≦1.6の空気比において、熱処理され、少なくとも部分的に酸化され、かつ生成した金属塩化物は排出されて回収され、続いて、金属塩化物の排出後の溶融した残留フラクションは、リン化鉄の回収のために、鉄または酸化鉄と混合される、リサイクル処理方法。
