Claims (8)
- 4×4の変換ブロックに対して斜め方向走査(Diagonal Scan)が適用される場合に、4×4のサブブロック内で斜め方向走査を行いながら、4×4のサブブロックを単位として斜め走査を行って、4×4の変換ブロックに対するマルチレベル有意性マップ符号化処理(multi-level significance map encoding)を適用するとともに、8×8の変換ブロックに対して斜め方向走査(Diagonal Scan)が適用される場合に、4×4のサブブロック内で斜め方向走査を行いながら、4×4のサブブロックを単位として斜め走査を行って、8×8の変換ブロックに対するマルチレベル有意性マップ符号化処理(multi-level significance map encoding)を適用する符号化部を備える
符号化装置。 - 前記符号化部は、16×16の変換ブロックに対して斜め方向走査が適用される場合に、4×4のサブブロック内で斜め方向走査を行いながら、4×4のサブブロックを単位として斜め走査を行って、16×16の変換ブロックに対するマルチレベル有意性マップ符号化処理を適用する
請求項1に記載の符号化装置。 - 前記符号化部は、32×32の変換ブロックに対して斜め方向走査が適用される場合に、4×4のサブブロック内で斜め方向走査を行いながら、4×4のサブブロックを単位として斜め走査を行って、32×32の変換ブロックに対するマルチレベル有意性マップ符号化処理を適用する
請求項1に記載の符号化装置。 - 符号化装置が実行する方法であって、
4×4の変換ブロックに対して斜め方向走査(Diagonal Scan)が適用される場合に、4×4のサブブロック内で斜め方向走査を行いながら、4×4のサブブロックを単位として斜め走査を行って、4×4の変換ブロックに対するマルチレベル有意性マップ符号化処理(multi-level significance map encoding)を適用するとともに、8×8の変換ブロックに対して斜め方向走査(Diagonal Scan)が適用される場合に、4×4のサブブロック内で斜め方向走査を行いながら、4×4のサブブロックを単位として斜め走査を行って、8×8の変換ブロックに対するマルチレベル有意性マップ符号化処理(multi-level significance map encoding)を適用するステップを含む方法。 - 16×16の変換ブロックに対して斜め方向走査が適用される場合に、4×4のサブブロック内で斜め方向走査を行いながら、4×4のサブブロックを単位として斜め走査を行って、16×16の変換ブロックに対するマルチレベル有意性マップ符号化処理を適用するステップをさらに含む、
