Claims (14)
- 射出成形機である工作機械における被駆動軸の作動方法であって、
少なくとも2つの異なる駆動装置を結合して1つの有効駆動装置を形成し、
前記有効駆動装置が前記被駆動軸に作用し、
電気機器(1)と、流体蓄圧器(3)および流体圧装置(40)の少なくとも一方によって駆動される流体圧シリンダ(2)と、が接続され、
各駆動装置の出力データが特性値または特性曲線で格納されている、被駆動軸の作動方法において、
・前記各駆動装置の出力特性を設定し、
・前記被駆動軸に対する所要出力を求め、
・前記出力データから、前記出力特性に応じて、前記所要出力を実現する前記各駆動装置の作動の組み合わせを求め、
・求められた前記作動の組み合わせで前記各駆動装置を駆動する、
ことを特徴とする、被駆動軸の作動方法。 - 消費エネルギーが可能な限り小さい出力特性を設定する、
請求項1記載の被駆動軸の作動方法。 - 前記電気機器(1)は、要求に応じて駆動モータとしてもジェネレータとしても作動する、
請求項1または2記載の被駆動軸の作動方法。 - 前記電気機器(1)がジェネレータとして作動している場合に電気エネルギーを生成し、システム内へ戻す、
請求項3記載の被駆動軸の作動方法。 - 前記流体圧装置(40)は、要求に応じて被駆動側のポンプまたは流体圧モータとして作動しバルブによって制御される、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の被駆動軸の作動方法。 - 前記流体圧装置(40)は、流体圧モータとして作動する際、別の電気機器をジェネレータとして駆動し、該別の電気機器は電気エネルギーを生成してシステム内へ戻す、
請求項5記載の被駆動軸の作動方法。 - 前記電気機器(1)は、前記流体圧シリンダ(2)のピストンのピストン棒に結合され、前記ピストン棒は、前記被駆動軸に作用結合する、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の被駆動軸の作動方法。 - 射出成形機である工作機械において被駆動軸を作動させるための装置であって、
前記装置は、少なくとも2つの異なる駆動装置と、開ループ制御装置または閉ループ制御装置と、を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの異なる駆動装置は相互に結合されて1つの有効駆動装置を成し、
前記有効駆動装置が前記被駆動軸に作用し、
電気機器(1)と、流体蓄圧器(3)および流体圧装置(40)の少なくとも一方によって駆動される流体圧シリンダ(2)と、が接続され、
各駆動装置の出力データが特性値または特性曲線で格納されており、
前記開ループ制御装置または閉ループ制御装置は、前記駆動装置を駆動制御するために該駆動装置に接続されている、装置において、
・前記駆動装置の出力特性が設定されるように構成されており、
・前記開ループ制御装置または閉ループ制御装置は、
・・前記被駆動軸に対する所要出力を求め、
・・前記出力データから、前記出力特性に応じて、前記所要出力を実現する前記駆動装置の作動の組み合わせを求める、
ように構成されており、
・前記駆動装置は、求められた前記作動の組み合わせで駆動されるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記電気機器(1)は、モータとしてもジェネレータとしても機能する、
請求項8記載の装置。 - 前記電気機器(1)および該電気機器(1)の構成要素は、電気エネルギーをシステム内へ戻すように構成されている、
請求項9記載の装置。 - 前記流体圧装置(40)は、要求に応じて被駆動側のポンプまたは流体圧モータとして作動する、
請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記流体圧装置(40)は、別の電気機器に結合されている、
請求項11記載の装置。 - 前記別の電気機器および該別の電気機器の構成要素は、電気エネルギーをシステム内へ戻すように構成されている、
請求項12記載の装置。 - 前記電気機器(1)は、前記流体圧シリンダ(2)のピストンのピストン棒に結合され、前記ピストン棒は、前記被駆動軸に作用結合する、
請求項8から13までのいずれか1項記載の被駆動軸の装置。
