Description
たとえば、WO 03/070705 A1にはコハク酸脱水酵素(SDH)阻害剤であるN−(3’,4’−ジクロロ−5−フルオロ−1,1’−ビフェニル−2−イル)−3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチル−1H−ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミド (以降、一般名:ビキサフェン(bixafen)と参照される)の望まない微生物及び植物病原菌を防除するため使用が記載されている。
(1)フルオピラム(Fluopyram)、化学名 N−{[3−クロロ−5−(トリフルオロメチル)−2−ピリジニル]エチル}−2,6−ジクロロベンズアミドを有するピリジルエチルベンズアミド系の殺菌剤である。フルオピラム及びそれの既知で且つ市販の構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 EP 1 389 614 A に記載されている。
(2)ペンフルフェン(Penflufen)、化学名は N−[2−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)フェニル]−5−フルオロ−1,3−ジメチル−1H−ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミド。ペンフルフェン及びそれの既知で且つ市販されている構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 WO 2003/010149 A に記載されている。
(3)ビキサフェン(Bixafen)、化学名はN−(3’,4’−ジクロロ−5−フルオロ−1,1’−ビフェニル−2−イル)−3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチル−1H−ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミド。 ビキサフェン及びそれの既知且つ市販されている構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 WO 2003/070705 A に記載されている。
(4)セダキサン(Sedaxane)、 2種のシス−異性体 2′−[(1RS,2RS)−1,1′−ビシクロプロポ−2−イル]−3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチルピラゾール−4−カルボキシアニリド及び2種のトランス−異性体 2′−[(1RS,2SR)−1,1′−ビシクロプロプ−2−イル]−3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチルピラゾール−4−カルボキシアニリドの混合物である。 セダキサン及びそれの既知且つ市販されている構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 WO 2003/074491 A、 WO 2006/015865 A 及び WO 2006/015866 A に記載されている。
(5)イソピラザム(Isopyrazam)、 2種のシン−異性体(syn−isomers)3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチル−N−[(1RS,4SR,9RS)−1,2,3,4−テトラヒドロ−9−イソプロピル−1,4−メタノナフタレン−5−イル]ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミド及び2種のアンチ−異性体(anti−isomers) 3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチル−N−[(1RS,4SR,9SR)−1,2,3,4−テトラヒドロ−9−イソプロピルl−1,4−メタノナフタレン−5−イル]ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミドの混合物である。イソピラザム及びそれの既知且つ市販されている構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 WO 2004/035589 Aに記載されている。
(6)ペンチオピラド(Penthiopyrad)、化学名は(RS)−N−[2−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−3−チエニル]−1−メチル−3−(トリフルオロメチル)ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミド。ペンチオピラド及びそれの既知且つ市販されている構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 EP 0 737 682 A に記載されている。
(7)ボスカリド(Boscalid)、化学名は2−クロロ−N−(4′−クロロビフェニル−2−イル)ニコチンアミド。ボスカリド及びそれの既知且つ市販の構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 DE 195 31 813 A に記載されている。
(8)フルキサピロキサド(Fluxapyraxad)、化学名は3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチル−N−(3’,4’,5’−トリフルオロビフェニル−2−イル)−1H−ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミド。フルキサピロキサド及びそれの既知且つ市販されている構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 WO 2006/087343 A に記載されている。
(9)N−[1−(2,4−ジクロロフェニル)−1−メトキシプロパン−2−イル]−3−(ジフルオロメチル)−1−メチル−1H−ピラゾール−4−カルボキサミド、 これの既知且つ市販されている構成要素から始まる調製プロセスは刊行物 WO 2010/000612 A に記載されている。
実際の農業の条件下でのコムギ植物の生理、形態及び非生物ストレス耐性に関するビキサフェンの影響を調査するためにドイツにおいて小麦品種「Ritmo」を使用した小規模試験が組まれた。
試験における化合物は、連続スプレーの手順(BBCH 39及び59)によって植物に施用された。そのスプレー量はヘクタールあたり400Lの水溶液であった。各試験構成ごとに5反復行われた。
葉面積における緑着色の持続は、緑葉面積の割合の通常の視覚的採点法によって記録された。
制御された条件下の温室試験において、未感染コムギ植物(品種「Passat])の生理、生態及び非生物的ストレス耐性に関するビキサフェンの影響に関して調査された。

試験手順:コムギ植物は異なった発育ステージにおいてビキサフェンにより一度また二度(それぞれ125g/ha)処理され、止葉及び葉F−1のBBCH75における対応する大きさが測定された。破壊計測法のために、葉は植物から分離された。非破壊計測は無損傷の葉において行われた。
Claims (11)
- 植物種の収量を増大させる方法であって、
イネ科植物(Poaceae)から選択される植物種に少なくとも一のコハク酸脱水酵素(SDH)阻害剤を施用することを含み、
ここで、前記コハク酸脱水酵素(SDH)阻害剤がビキサフェン(bixafen)であり、
前記コハク酸脱水酵素(SDH)阻害剤が植物種の発育中に2回以上施用され、一度目の施用が植物種の発育ステージBBCH17から42の時期に行われ、二回目の施用が発育ステージBBCH43から70の時期に行われる、
該方法。 - イネ科植物(Poaceae)から選択される植物種の止葉の収量を増大させる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 穂、禾穀類の穀粒及び/又は穂毎の禾穀類の穀粒の収量を増大させるための請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 植物の緑葉面積の維持を長引かせるための請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 植物の光合成率を増大させるための請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 植物の葉緑素含有量を増大させるため及び/又は葉緑素含有量を安定化させるための請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 植物の老化を遅らせるための請求項1から3のいずれか記載の方法。
- 熱ストレス、オゾンストレス、又は除草剤から選択される非生物的ストレス因子に対する植物の抵抗性及び耐性を改善するための請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記コハク酸脱水酵素(SDH)阻害剤が、スピロキサム、フルオキサストロビン及びプロチオコナゾールからなる群から選択される少なくとも一の他の活性成分との組み合わせで使用される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記コハク酸脱水酵素(SDH)阻害剤を用量0.01から3Kg/haで施用することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記植物種がコムギ、ライムギ、オオムギ、オートムギ、キビ(millet)、トウモロコシ、イネ、ライコムギ(triticale)、タケ及びサトウキビからなるイネ科植物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の方法。
