Claims (6)
- 化学式Al 2 SiO 5 で表されるシリマナイト結晶粒子とムライト結晶粒子を混在させて構成した焼成用敷板であって、
他の微量成分として、
ジルコニア(ZrO2)を0.01〜2質量%、
酸化鉄(III) (Fe2O3)を0.1〜3質量%、
二酸化チタン(TiO2)を0.1〜3質量%、
酸化カルシウム(CaO)を0.1〜3質量%含有し、
該ジルコニアの5〜30μmの粗粒を、該焼成用敷板の0.25mm2当たりに、1〜20個分散させたことを特徴とする焼成用敷板。 - シリマナイト(Al2SiO5)とムライト(3Al2O3・2SiO2)の含有比率を、質量比で、シリマナイト/ムライト=1/5〜5/1としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼成用敷板。
- 被焼成体が載置される被焼成体載置面の表面粗さを、Ra10μm以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の焼成用敷板。
- 5〜100MPaの常温曲げ強さを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の焼成用敷板。
- 気孔率を5〜50%としたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の焼成用敷板。
- 1350〜1550℃の温度条件下における、焼成収縮率を10%以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の焼成用敷板。
