これは主にタピオカ粉が非常に高価であって、グルテンを含まないという事実に起因する。タピオカ粉はグルテンを含まないために、生産品は非常に脆くなる。一方、小麦粉はグルテンと呼ばれるタンパク質を含む。小麦粉で作られた成形品が練られると、グルテンの分子は架橋結合して超顕微鏡的な網状組織を形成する。この網状組織により弾性的な構造が生まれる。これにより、完全な構造体内で気泡を保存することが可能となり、その結果、延性の構造を有する気泡を有する最終製品がもたらされることとなり、生産品の脆さは軽減される。
菜種藁及び/又は稲藁等の農業で得られる植物性繊維は基本材料として使用される。これらの材料は、木材又は木材に関連する材料よりも約3分の1程軽量である。
Claims (12)
- 結合剤、流動促進充填材及び菜種藁及び/または稲藁等の農業で得られる植物性繊維を備える包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物であって、該包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物は硬化剤、衝撃改質剤、共溶媒及び離型剤を有さず、前記結合剤は前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物に対し5重量%以下の量のジイソシアネートジフェニルメタンであり、前記流動促進充填材は小麦粉であり、前記農業で得られる植物性繊維は前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物に対し85乃至95重量%の間の量であることを特徴とする包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物。
- 前記結合剤がホルムアルデヒドを含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物。
- 前記流動促進充填材が、前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物に対して10重量%未満の小麦粉であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物。
- (a)菜種藁及び/または稲藁等の農業で得られる植物性繊維、結合剤及び流動促進充填材をもたらす工程と、
(b)包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物を形成するために前記農業で得られる植物性繊維を前記流動促進充填材及び前記結合剤と混合する工程と、
(c)圧縮成形の準備において前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物を震盪する工程と、
(d)成形品を形成するために前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物を圧縮成形する工程を備え、
前記混合が、前記結合剤を5乃至8バールの間の圧力で前記農業で得られる植物性繊維内に前記流動促進充填材と共に噴霧することをさらに含み、前記結合剤は前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物に対し5重量%以下の量のジイソシアネートジフェニルメタンであり、前記流動促進充填材は小麦粉であり、前記農業で得られる植物性繊維は前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物に対し85乃至95重量%の間の量であることを特徴とする成形品の製造方法。 - 前記流動促進充填材が、前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物に対して10重量%未満の小麦粉であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記混合が硬化剤、衝撃改質剤、共溶媒及び離型剤のない状態で行われ、且つホルムアルデヒドを有さないことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記震盪が、前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物を排出スクリュを通って計量ホッパへ排出し、次に材料供給トレーへ排出されることをさらに含み、前記材料供給トレーは少なくとも35の区画に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 圧縮成形の準備において、前記排出の後、前記包装材を含む梱包材に用いる成形用混合物が前記材料供給トレーから金型へ同時に水平及び垂直の振動運動又は震盪運動をしながら移動することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮成形が単一の圧縮行程として前記圧縮処理の間にいかなる圧力開放機構も用いずに行われ、このような総成形時間は1分未満であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記単一の圧縮行程が1乃至10の延伸比で前記圧縮処理の間にいかなる圧力開放機構も用いずに行われ、このような総成形時間は1分未満であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮成形が摂氏200乃至230度の温度で行われ、その結果としてパレットが製造されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮成形が0.30乃至0.40kg/mm2の圧力で行われ、その結果としてパレットが製造されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
