- 前記ポリマーがポリエステルを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載のワイヤアーク溶射システム。
- 前記推進ガス(112)が燃焼系ガスである、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のワイヤアーク溶射システム。
- 前記推進ガス源(110)が燃焼チャンバーを備える、請求項4記載のワイヤアーク溶射システム。
- 前記燃焼系ガスが、水素、ケロセン、アセチレン又はプロピレンチャンバーを含む、請求項4又は請求項5記載のワイヤアーク溶射システム。
- さらに、アーク点(114)と被覆すべき表面(122)との間の間隔を制御するためのムーバー(152)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のワイヤアーク溶射システム。
- 前記コントローラー(150)が、アーク点(114)の電圧、アーク点(114)の電流、推進ガス(112)の体積、推進ガス(112)の圧力、第1のワイヤの供給速度、第2のワイヤの供給速度、及びアーク点(114)と表面(122)との間隔の少なくとも1つを制御するように構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のワイヤアーク溶射システム。
