Description
Claims (18)
- バルブ上の流体付勢される作動駆動機構であって、流体式の制御機構を備えていてそれに対して比例式の出力特性を有する電気−流体信号変換器が前置される基礎ユニット(6)と前記流体式の制御機構を使用して付勢可能な少なくとも1体のリニアアクチュエータ(4)を含み、前記リニアアクチュエータのスライダ(11)が直接的あるいは間接的に前記バルブの入力と結合され、
前記基礎ユニットが電気−流体信号変換器の信号入力を含んでいてその信号入力に外部の電気制御ユニット(22)が接続され、
前記外部の電気制御ユニットが、入力手段と、目標値入力と、電子制御回路と、前記電気−流体信号変換器の信号入力と結合された前記外部の電気制御ユニットの信号出力と、信号発生器とを含んでいて、
前記バルブに関連付けられた計測器(24)の実際値信号が前記外部の電気制御ユニットにフィードバックされ、
さらに機能的に前記信号入力と前記少なくとも1体のリニアアクチュエータの間で前記電気−流体信号変換器の下流に配置される流体式の内部制御系(27;65,71)を設け、
前記少なくとも1体のリニアアクチュエータ(4)が両側で流体付勢されるアクチュエータとして具現化されるとともに、恒常的に圧力供給源に接続される2つの作動空間(9,10)を有してなる作動駆動機構。 - 流体式の内部制御系が下位配置された位置制御系(27;71)として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の作動駆動機構。
- 電気−流体信号変換器が閉鎖された制御系を下位配置された制御系として備えて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の作動駆動機構。
- 制御系が圧力あるいは容積制御系(65)である請求項3記載の作動駆動機構。
- 相対して動作可能で制御開口部を開放あるいは閉鎖する2つの構成要素を有していてリニアアクチュエータ(4)に対して前置された制御要素群(29)を前記流体式の内部制御系(27;71)が備え、前記2つの構成要素のうちの第1の構成要素が制御圧力によって付勢されるパイロットシリンダ(38)と結合され、第2の構成要素はリニアアクチュエータ(4)のスライダ(11)と結合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の作動駆動機構。
- 前記制御要素群(29)がいずれも排出管(42)を介して両方の作動空間(9,10)と交流することを特徴とする請求項5記載の作動駆動機構。
- 前記制御要素群(29)が2個の排出バルブ(47)を備え、それらがいずれもハウジング(30)内で予荷重に対して摺動可能に支承された弁座を含むことを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の作動駆動機構。
- 互いに対向する2台のリニアアクチュエータ(4)とそれらの間に配置されるとともにそれら2台のリニアアクチュエータのスライダを互いに連結する機械式変換器(W)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の作動駆動機構。
- 表示手段(26)、リミットスイッチ、ストッパ、末端位置緩衝材、手動付勢手段、および/または位置センサ(24)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の作動駆動機構。
- 基礎ユニット(6)が圧媒供給装置(5)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の作動駆動機構。
- 圧媒供給装置(5)がタンク(16)から供給を受け電動モータ(14)によって駆動されるポンプ(15)を備えた液圧装置(13)を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の作動駆動機構。
- 流体システムにカートリッジから最初に作動液を充填するために適していて基礎ユニット(6)上に配置される充填接続口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の作動駆動機構。
- 圧媒供給装置が電気モータ(14)によって駆動されフィルタシステム(56)を介して周囲媒体を吸引する空気圧縮機(55)を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の作動駆動機構。
- 気圧式の補助エネルギーを使用し電気−流体信号変換器(20)として電空コンバータを使用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の作動駆動機構。
- 電空コンバータが内部圧力センサ(67)と内部圧力制御系(65)を備えることを特徴とする請求項14記載の作動駆動機構。
- 電空コンバータが圧電バルブ技術によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項13または14記載の作動駆動機構。
- 電空コンバータは制御された状態において制御出力の他に自己空気消費が無い構成とすることを特徴とする請求項15または16記載の作動駆動機構。
- 圧力センサ信号が外部処理のために電気制御ユニットに伝送されることを特徴とする請求項14ないし17のいずれかに記載の作動駆動機構。
