Claims (4)
- プラスチック製のパリソンから容器を無菌成形するための装置(100)であって、
i)汚染制御環境(102)と、
ii)前記汚染制御環境(102)内に配置された金型(10)と、
iii)前記汚染制御環境(102)においてパリソンまたは成形容器(20)に吹き込み空気の供給と排出を行うための給排気システムとを有し、
前記給排気システムは、
前記汚染制御環境(102)において前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)から前記吹き込み空気を排出するための排気回路を有し、
前記排気回路は、
前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)の内部と前記汚染制御環境(102)の外部の排気ライン(6)とを選択的に連通させるように構成された第一の無菌バルブ(2a)と、
前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)の内部と前記汚染制御環境(102)とを選択的に連通させるように構成された第二の無菌バルブ(2b)と、
前記第一及び第二の無菌バルブ(2a、2b)の案内手段(3a、3b)と、
予備吹き込み空気の供給ライン(P1)と前記パリソン(20)の内部とを選択的に連通させるように構成された第四の無菌バルブ(2d)と、
本吹き込み空気の供給ライン(P2)と前記パリソン(20)の内部とを選択的に連通させるように構成された第五の無菌バルブ(2e)とを備え、
前記案内手段(3a、3b)は、
前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)内の空気圧が所定値より小さいときは前記第二の無菌バルブ(2b)を通じて前記汚染制御環境(102)に、前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)内の空気圧が前記所定値より大きいときは前記第一の無菌バルブ(2a)を通じて前記汚染制御環境(102)の外部に、それぞれ前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)内の空気を排出するように構成され、
前記所定値は、0.5〜3バールであり、
第一の排気工程において、前記第一の無菌バルブ(2a)は通常閉じられており、前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)内の空気圧が前記所定値より大きいことを検出した場合に前記案内手段(3a)より開弁命令(C1)を受け、前記第二の無菌バルブ(2b)は通常開かれており、前記パリソンまたは成形容器(20)内の空気圧が前記所定値より大きいことを検出した場合に前記案内手段(3b)より閉弁命令(C2)を受けることを特徴とする装置(100)。 - プラスチック製のパリソンから容器(20)を無菌成形するための成形方法であって、
汚染制御環境(102)内の金型(10)の内部にパリソン(20)を配置する工程と、
前記パリソン(20)の内部に最大16バールの圧力で空気を吹き込む工程と、
前記パリソン(20)の内部に最大40バールの圧力で空気を吹き込み、前記容器(20)を得る工程と、
前記容器(20)の内部と前記汚染制御環境(102)との間に配置された第二の無菌バルブ(2b)を閉じた状態で第一の無菌バルブ(2a)を開き、前記容器(20)の内部と前記汚染制御環境(102)外部の排気ライン(6)とを流体連通することにより、前記容器(20)内の空気圧が0.5〜3バールの所定値に達するまで前記パリソンまたは容器(20)から前記汚染制御環境(102)の外部へ空気を排出する工程と、
前記第一の無菌バルブ(2a)を閉じ、前記第二の無菌バルブ(2b)を開くことにより、前記容器(20)から前記汚染制御環境(102)へ空気を完全に排出する工程とを有することを特徴とする成形方法。 - 前記容器(20)の内部から前記排気ライン(6)に向かって空気が流れている間に前記第一の無菌バルブ(2a)を閉じることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の成形方法。
- 前記容器(20)内部への吹き込み工程が行われている間、前記第二の無菌バルブ(2b)は閉じられていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の成形方法。
