Description
本発明の実施態様の一部を以下の項目[1]−[6]に記載する。
[1]
外耳道の中に挿入する装置であって、
a)該外耳道の表面にフィットする形状の周辺部を有するポリマー製本体と、
b)該ポリマー製本体の中に配置されていて音響エネルギーを該外耳道に送る音響源と、
c)該ポリマー製本体を貫通して延在する少なくとも1つの開口部と、
d)該ポリマー製本体の該少なくとも1つの開口部を覆う多孔性材料と、
を備える装置。

前記少なくとも1つの開口部が多孔性延伸PTFEで覆われている、項目1に記載の装置。
[3]
前記多孔性材料が疎油性である、項目1に記載の装置。
[4]
外耳道の中に挿入する装置であって、
a)内面と外面とを有し、多孔性材料を含むポリマー製本体と、
b)前記ポリマー製本体の第2の部分が空気不透過性であるように、前記多孔性材料の第2の部分の中の少なくとも一部に配置されるエラストマーと、
c)該ポリマー製本体の中に配置されていて音響エネルギーを外耳道に送る音響源と、
を備え、
該多孔性材料の第1の部分が該内面と該外面との間の空気交換を提供する、
装置。

前記ポリマー製本体が、連続気泡ポリウレタン発泡体を含む、項目4に記載の装置。
[6]
前記エラストマーが、フルオロエラストマー、フルオロシリコーン、シリコーン、ポリブタジエン、スチレン-ブタジエン、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、ニトリルゴム、及びエチレン酢酸ビニルから成るリストから選択される、項目4に記載の装置。
Claims (15)
- 外耳道の中に挿入する装置であって、
a)該外耳道の表面にフィットする形状の周辺部、内面および外面を有するポリマー製本体と、
b)該ポリマー製本体の中に配置されていて音響エネルギーを該ポリマー製本体の内面にある該外耳道に送る音響源と、
c)該ポリマー製本体を貫通して延在する少なくとも1つの開口部と、
d)前記少なくとも1つの開口部を覆う多孔性材料と、
を備え、
該ポリマー製本体の少なくとも一部がエラストマーであり、前記少なくとも1つの開口部が該形状の周辺部に設けられ、前記音響源から離れていて該少なくとも1つの開口部を通じて該内面と該外面との間の空気交換を提供する装置。 - 前記多孔性材料が多孔性延伸PTFEを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記多孔性材料が疎油性である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 外耳道の中に挿入する装置であって、
a)内面と外面とを有し、多孔性材料を含むポリマー製本体であって、該多孔性材料の第1の部分は複数の領域を有する、ポリマー製本体と、
b)前記ポリマー製本体の前記多孔性材料の第2の部分が空気不透過性であり、外耳道の表面にフィットする形状の周辺部を含むように、前記第2の部分に装填される、エラストマーと、
c)該ポリマー製本体の中に配置されていて音響エネルギーを該ポリマー製本体の内面にある該外耳道に送る音響源と、
を備え、
ここで前記多孔性材料の前記第1の部分の前記複数の領域は前記エラストマーで装填されず此処を通じて前記ポリマー製本体の前記内面と前記外面との間の空気交換を提供し、 前記多孔性材料の前記第1の部分の前記装填されない少なくとも1つの複数の領域は該形状の周辺部に設けられ、前記音響源から離れている、
装置。 - 前記ポリマー製本体が、連続気泡ポリウレタン発泡体を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記エラストマーが、フルオロエラストマー、フルオロシリコーン、シリコーン、ポリブタジエン、スチレン-ブタジエン、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、ニトリルゴム、及びエチレン酢酸ビニルから成るリストから選択される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマー製本体を貫通して延びる複数の開口部をさらに含み、前記複数の開口部は前記音響源から離れており此処を通じて前記内面と前記外面との間の空気交換を提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の開口部が前記音響源のまわりに配置されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記多孔性材料が、前記複数の開口部を覆う膜を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記膜が延伸PTFEを含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の開口部が機械的に該ポリマー製本体に形成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 開放型耳取り付け具を通過して該外面で受けとった外部音響信号について、該解放型耳取り付け具は1kHzから2kHzの間の音響周波数で実質的に一定の利得を提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 開放型耳取り付け具を通じて背圧0.025 psiに対して50リットル/時の空気流を提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該多孔性材料が、該第2の部分のエラストマーのための足場を提供する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の領域が前記音響源のまわりに配置されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
