Claims (11)
- 造影剤により対象部位が造影された被検体に超音波を送受信する探触子と、
前記探触子による複数の受信信号に基づいて複数の画像データを生成する画像データ生成部と、
前記画像データを保存するフレームメモリと、
前記画像データの画素毎の輝度の時間変化を計測する時間変化計測部と、
計測した前記時間変化に基づいて、前記画素毎に、前記造影剤の飽和輝度値と、造影剤が流入する前の輝度の平均値である造影前輝度平均値を計測し、前記飽和輝度値と前記造影前輝度平均値に基づいて、輝度の時間変化を示す評価値を算出する評価算出部と、
前記評価値に基づいて、前記画素毎の輝度の時間変化を色で識別する評価画像を構成する画像構成部と、
前記画素毎の輝度の時間変化に基づいて前記評価画像から画素を抽出し抽出画像を構成する表示画素抽出部と、
前記フレームメモリに保存された画像データについて体動影響を補正する体動補正部と、
を有する超音波撮像装置。 - 前記抽出画像と前記画像データを用いて表示画像を構成する表示画像構成部と、前記表示画像を表示する表示部をさらに有する請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記表示部は、前記時間変化の特定変化時間に対する対応画素の数を表示する度数分布表示部を有する請求項2に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記時間変化の特定変化時間を、前記画素の輝度に基づいて計測する請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記画素毎の輝度の時間変化の微分値から、時間変化の特徴点を視覚的に判別する請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記評価画像についての表示項目情報を入力する入力部をさらに有し、
前記入力部は表示項目を表示し、操作者の前記表示項目の選択を入力として受ける請求項1に記載の超音波撮像装置。 - 前記表示部は、操作者が選択する領域の前記時間変化の特定変化時間および前記評価値を表示する請求項2に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記表示画像構成部は、前記画像データ、前記評価画像、前記抽出画像を任意に組み合わせた画像を前記表示画像とする請求項2に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記表示画像構成部は、動画像で表示される画像データ上に色分けした前記評価画像を半透明で重畳した画像、動画像で表示される画像データ上に色分けした前記抽出画像を半透明で重畳させた画像、及び特定の領域を強調した画像のいずれかを前記表示画像とする請求項2に記載の超音波撮像装置。
- 前記評価画像についての表示項目情報を入力する入力部、をさらに有し、
前記入力部は、表示画像の領域の選択入力を受け、前記表示部は、前記選択入力に基づいて選択される領域の前記画素毎の輝度の時間変化および前記評価値を表示する請求項2に記載の超音波撮像装置。 - 前記画素毎の輝度の時間変化および前記評価値に関する閾値に基づいて前記選択入力を行うことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の超音波撮像装置。
