Claims (6)
- 内視鏡の内部に連通可能に接続される内視鏡接続部と、
前記内視鏡接続部に連通しており気体を送り出す送気部と、
前記内視鏡の内部圧力を測定する測定部と、
個々の内視鏡に固有に割り当てられたシリアルナンバーを認識する内視鏡情報認識部と、
前記シリアルナンバーと前記測定部の測定結果とを紐付けて記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された同じシリアルナンバーの過去の測定結果を基に閾値を設定する閾値設定部と、
前記閾値と、前記測定部による測定結果とを比較して前記内視鏡の漏洩の有無を判定する漏洩判定部と、
を含むことを特徴とする内視鏡漏洩検査装置。 - 前記閾値設定部は、前記記憶部に記憶された同じシリアルナンバーの過去の測定結果のうち最新の値に対して、第1の値を足した値を上限閾値、第2の値を引いた値を下限閾値と設定し、
前記漏洩判定部は、測定部による測定結果が前記上限閾値から前記下限閾値の範囲に収まっていない場合には内視鏡に漏洩箇所があると判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡漏洩検査装置。 - 前記記憶部は、前記測定結果に紐付けて前記測定を行った時期を記憶することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡漏洩検査装置。
- 最新の前記内部圧力の測定時期が所定期間よりも前であった場合には、
前記閾値設定部は、前記最新の内部圧力に第3の値を引いた値に対して、
第4の値を足した値を上限閾値、
第5の値を引いた値を下限閾値、
と設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡漏洩検査装置。 - 外部から送信された、前記シリアルナンバーに紐付けられた閾値情報を受信する閾値情報受信部を含み、
前記漏洩判定部は、
前記閾値設定部が設定した閾値、および、前記閾値情報受信部により受信された前記閾値情報のうち最新のものと、前記測定部による測定結果と、を比較して前記内視鏡の漏洩の有無を判定する請求項3に記載の内視鏡漏洩検査装置。 - 外部から送信された、個々の内視鏡に固有に割り当てられたシリアルナンバーに紐付けられた内視鏡の内部圧力情報を受信する内部圧力情報受信部を含み、
前記記憶部は、前記閾値情報受信部により受信した内部圧力情報を記憶し、
前記閾値設定部は前記内部圧力情報受信部が受信した内部圧力情報を基に閾値を設定する請求項5に記載の内視鏡漏洩検査装置。
