Description
また、加熱工程において、金属部品または熱可塑性樹脂部品の加熱温度が所定の温度範囲に限定されているので、溶着工程において、金属部品と熱可塑性樹脂部品との超音波溶着を無駄なく効率的に行うと同時に、熱可塑性樹脂が過度に溶解して熱可塑性樹脂部品が形状を保持できなくなる事態を回避することができる。
[発明の実施の形態1]
<金属樹脂複合体の構成>
(1)芳香族ヒドロキシカルボン酸と芳香族ジカルボン酸と芳香族ジオールとの組み合わせを重合して得られるもの。
(2)複数種の芳香族ヒドロキシカルボン酸を重合して得られるもの。
(3)芳香族ジカルボン酸と芳香族ジオールとの組み合わせを重合して得られるもの。
(4)ポリエチレンテレフタレート等の結晶性ポリエステルに芳香族ヒドロキシカルボン酸を反応させて得られるもの。
(a):(A1 )、(B1 )、および(C1 )からなる組み合わせ、または、(A1 )、(B1 )、(B2 )、および(C1 )からなる組み合わせ。
(b):(A2 )、(B3 )、および(C2 )からなる組み合わせ、または、(A2 )、(B1 )、(B3 )、および(C2 )からなる組み合わせ。
(c):(A1 )および(A2 )からなる組み合わせ。
(d):(a)の構造単位の組み合わせのそれぞれにおいて、(A1 )の一部または全部を(A2 )で置きかえたもの。
(e):(a)の構造単位の組み合わせのそれぞれにおいて、(B1 )の一部または全部を(B3 )で置きかえたもの。
(f):(a)の構造単位の組み合わせのそれぞれにおいて、(C1 )の一部または全部を(C3 )で置きかえたもの。
(g):(b)の構造単位の組み合わせのそれぞれにおいて、(A2 )の一部または全部を(A1 )で置きかえたもの。
(h):(c)の構造単位の組み合わせに、(B1 )と(C2 )を加えたもの。

Claims (5)
- 金属部品と熱可塑性樹脂部品とを超音波溶着する溶着工程が含まれる金属樹脂複合体の製造方法であって、
前記溶着工程の前に、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の形状が保持される範囲で前記金属部品および前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の少なくとも一方を加熱する加熱工程が設けられ、
前記加熱工程において、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の流動開始温度より100℃低い下限温度から同流動開始温度より100℃高い上限温度までの温度範囲内で前記金属部品を加熱することにより、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を部分的に溶融させることを特徴とする金属樹脂複合体の製造方法。 - 金属部品と熱可塑性樹脂部品とを超音波溶着する溶着工程が含まれる金属樹脂複合体の製造方法であって、
前記溶着工程の前に、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の形状が保持される範囲で前記金属部品および前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の少なくとも一方を加熱する加熱工程が設けられ、
前記加熱工程において、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の流動開始温度より100℃低い下限温度から同流動開始温度より10℃高い上限温度までの温度範囲内で前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を加熱することにより、当該熱可塑性樹脂部品を部分的に溶融させることを特徴とする金属樹脂複合体の製造方法。 - 金属部品と熱可塑性樹脂部品とを超音波溶着する溶着工程が含まれる金属樹脂複合体の製造方法であって、
前記溶着工程の前に、前記金属部品の接合面に粗化処理を施す粗化工程と、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の形状が保持される範囲で前記金属部品および前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の少なくとも一方を加熱する加熱工程とが設けられ、
前記加熱工程において、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の流動開始温度より100℃低い下限温度から同流動開始温度より100℃高い上限温度までの温度範囲内で前記金属部品を加熱することにより、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を部分的に溶融させることを特徴とする金属樹脂複合体の製造方法。 - 金属部品と熱可塑性樹脂部品とを超音波溶着する溶着工程が含まれる金属樹脂複合体の製造方法であって、
前記溶着工程の前に、前記金属部品の接合面に粗化処理を施す粗化工程と、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の形状が保持される範囲で前記金属部品および前記熱可塑性樹脂部品の少なくとも一方を加熱する加熱工程とが設けられ、
前記加熱工程において、前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の流動開始温度より100℃低い下限温度から同流動開始温度より10℃高い上限温度までの温度範囲内で前記熱可塑性樹脂部品を加熱することにより、当該熱可塑性樹脂部品を部分的に溶融させることを特徴とする金属樹脂複合体の製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂部品が、液晶ポリエステルから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の金属樹脂複合体の製造方法。
