(1)保水性;国土交通省大臣官房庁営繕部監修「建築改修工事監理指針」の既製調合モルタル(タイル工事用)(Bタイプ)の保水率試験方法に準じ、保水率が70%以上のものを保水性良好(○)と評価し、それ以外のものを保水性不良(×)と評価した。
Claims (1)
- (A)ナフタリンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮重合体を有効成分とする分散剤、(B)セルロース誘導体を有効成分とする保水剤、(C)消泡剤、(D)セメント、(E)細骨材を含有してなるセメントモルタル塗材であって、(F)ポリマーディスパージョン及び再乳化粉末樹脂の何れも含有せず、且つ(A)ナフタリンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮重合体を有効成分とする分散剤と(B)セルロース誘導体を有効成分とする保水剤の含有重量比;(A)/(B)が、0.5〜40/15であり、(B)セルロース誘導体を有効成分とする保水剤と(C)消泡剤の含有重量比;(B)/(C)が0.1〜5であり、セメント100質量部に対する水の含有量が28〜44質量部であることを特徴とするセメントモルタル塗材。但し、化学成分としてAl2O3を10〜40質量%及びSiO2を40〜90質量%含む粒径50μm以下の中空状無機粒子、セルロース系保水剤、膨張材及びブレーン比表面積8000〜120000cm2/gのメタカオリンを含有してなるモルタルを除く。
