Description
実施例1〜実施例14及び実施例16〜実施例22の電解質の様々な特性をテストした。より具体的には、チタン缶を脱脂し、これをシュウ酸(10重量%水溶液)でエッチングし、プレートを乾燥させ、缶の内面をサンドペーパー及びドレメルツールで粗面化することにより金属基材を形成した。その後、粗面化した表面をPEDTポリマーで被覆した。CLEVIOUS Cを1−ブタノールに溶解させた溶液内にチタン金属を浸漬することにより被覆を施した。CLEVIOS Cを付加した後、金属をCLEVIOUS Mに浸漬し、湿度及び温度を制御したボックス内に30分間置いた。チャンバの相対湿度は75〜85%の範囲にあり、温度は22℃〜25℃の範囲にあった。その後、被覆された金属をメタノール又はエタノールで4回洗浄して、Baytron Cからあらゆる未重合材料及び残留物を除去した。最後の乾燥ステップも、湿度を約60%の相対湿度に制御したチャンバ内で行った。被覆、洗浄及び乾燥を4回繰り返して、チタン金属上に約20〜約50μmの被覆厚を達成した。
Claims (15)
- 陽極酸化により形成された誘電体層を含む焼結多孔質陽極体と、
導電性ポリマーで被覆された金属基材を含む陰極であって、導電性ポリマー被覆は金属基材上に存在する、前記陰極と、
前記陰極及び前記陽極に接触して配置された水性電解質と、
を備え、前記電解質が弱有機酸の塩及び水を含み、該弱有機酸の塩が、前記電解質の約0.3〜約15重量%を構成し、前記電解質が、25℃の温度で測定したときに、約1〜約20ミリシーメンス/センチメートルのイオン伝導率を有し、pHが約4.5〜約7.0であり、
前記弱有機酸が、25℃の温度で測定したときに、約2〜約10の第1酸解離定数を有し、さらに、前記弱有機酸が多塩基酸であり、前記多塩基カルボン酸が、アジピン酸、α−酒石酸、メソ酒石酸、シュウ酸、クエン酸、又はこれらの組み合わせであり、前記コンデンサを充電できる最大電圧が約200〜約350Vである、
ことを特徴とする湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記pHが約5.0〜約6.5である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記塩が単原子カチオンを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記単原子カチオンがアルカリ金属イオンである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記塩が多原子カチオンを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記多原子カチオンがアンモニウムイオンである、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 水が、前記電解質の約20〜約95重量%を構成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記電解質が二次溶媒をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記二次溶媒がエチレングリコールを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記金属基材がチタンを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記導電性ポリマーがポリチオフェンである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記ポリチオフェンが、ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)又はその誘導体である、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記陽極体が、タンタル又はニオブ酸化物から形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - 前記コンデンサを充電できる最大電圧の、前記誘電体層が形成される電圧に対する比率が1.0〜2.0である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式電解コンデンサ。 - タンタル又はニオブ酸化物から形成され、陽極酸化により形成された誘電体層をさらに含む焼結多孔質陽極体と、
ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)又はこの誘導体を含む導電性ポリマーで被覆されたチタン基材を含む陰極であって、導電性ポリマー被覆は金属基材上に存在する、前記陰極と、
前記陰極及び前記陽極に接触して配置された水性電解質と、
を備え、前記電解質が弱有機酸の塩及び水を含み、該弱有機酸の塩が、前記電解質の約0.3〜約15重量%を構成し、前記電解質が、25℃の温度で測定したときに、約1〜約20ミリシーメンス/センチメートルのイオン伝導率を有し、pHが約4.0〜約7.0であり、
前記弱有機酸が、25℃の温度で測定したときに、約2〜約10の第1酸解離定数を有し、さらに、前記弱有機酸が多塩基酸であり、前記多塩基カルボン酸が、アジピン酸、α−酒石酸、メソ酒石酸、シュウ酸、クエン酸、又はこれらの組み合わせであり、前記コンデンサを充電できる最大電圧が約200〜約350Vである、
ことを特徴とする湿式電解コンデンサ。
