前記オーディオ信号を符号化するために、1つ以上のトラックに関連する複数のパルス位置を符号化するためのパルス情報エンコーダ(220)であって、前記1つ以上のトラックは、前記残差信号に関連し、前記トラックのそれぞれは、複数のトラック位置および複数のパルスを有し、前記パルス位置のそれぞれは、前記トラックの前記パルスのうちの1つのパルスの位置を示すために前記トラックのうちの1つのトラックの前記トラック位置のうちの1つのトラック位置を示し、前記パルス情報エンコーダ(220)は、状態番号、前記トラックのうちの少なくとも1つのトラックの前記トラック位置の総数を示すトラック位置数、および前記トラックのうちの少なくとも1つのトラックの前記パルスの総数を示す総パルス数だけに基づいて、前記パルス位置を復号化することができるように、状態番号を生成することによって前記複数のパルス位置を符号化するように構成される、パルス情報エンコーダを含み、
前記パルス情報エンコーダ(220)は、前記状態番号を得るために、前記トラックのうちの1つのトラックのそれぞれのトラック位置に対してトラック位置のそれぞれのパルスについて整数値を中間番号に加えるように構成される、装置。 - 前記パルス情報エンコーダ(220)は、複数のパルス符号を符号化するように構成され、前記パルス符号のそれぞれは、前記複数のパルスのうちの1つのパルスの符号を示し、前記パルス情報エンコーダ(220)は、前記状態番号、前記トラックのうちの少なくとも1つのトラックの前記トラック位置の総数を示す前記トラック位置数、および前記総パルス数だけに基づいて、前記パルス符号を復号化することができるように、前記状態番号を生成することによって前記複数のパルス符号を符号化するように構成される、請求項8に記載の符号化するための装置。
- 前記パルス情報エンコーダ(220)は、前記状態番号を得るために、前記トラックのうちの1つのトラックのそれぞれのトラック位置に対してトラック位置のそれぞれのパルスについて前記整数値を前記中間番号に加えるように構成され、前記整数値は、f(p,k−1)によって定義され、pは、発見されたパルスの数を示し、kは、トラック位置を示し、さらに、f(p,N)は、N個のトラック位置およびp個の符号付きパルスを有するトラックについて可能な構成の数を示す、請求項8または請求項9に記載の装置。
