Description
[1−1.穿刺手技訓練装置の構成]
図1に示すように穿刺手技訓練装置1は、主に、空気を送出又は吸引する吸送気部2と、当該空気の気圧を水圧として伝達するトランスデューサ8と、人体における手首を模した模擬手首20とにより構成されている。
次に、穿刺手技訓練装置1を利用した穿刺手技の訓練の様子について説明する。穿刺手技訓練装置1は、ポンプ14を操作されることにより模擬血液に擬似血圧を発生させる。
以上の構成において穿刺手技訓練装置1では、吸送気部2から間欠的に送出された圧縮空気の空気圧を、トランスデューサ8により模擬血液における拍動に変換することで、模擬血管19を脈動させる。このため穿刺手技訓練装置1は、人体の動脈の脈拍を忠実に再現することができる。
なお上述した実施の形態においては、血液チューブ12の先端に1本の模擬血管19を接続する場合について述べた。
Claims (2)
- 間欠的に気体の気圧を変化させる気圧変化部と、
上記気体の気圧を模擬血液の水圧に伝達する圧力伝達部と、
上記圧力伝達部に対し一端が接続されると共に他端が閉塞し、内部が上記模擬血液で満たされ上記水圧の変化により外形が変化する模擬血管と、
下面が平坦であり、上面が人体の手首の形状を模して湾曲した台部と、
上記台部に載置され当該台部の上面の湾曲面に沿って湾曲し、下面の切れ込みに上記模擬血管を嵌め込むことで上記模擬血管を覆う模擬皮膚と、
上記模擬皮膚を上面から上記台部に固定する蓋部と、
上記模擬血管と接続され上記模擬血管内部に所定の圧力を加えることにより上記模擬血液に疑似的な血圧を発生させる血圧発生部と
を有する穿刺手技訓練装置。 - 上記模擬血管は、上記圧力伝達部に対し複数本接続される
請求項1に記載の穿刺手技訓練装置。
