Claims (10)
- −ハウジング(14)、
−投与すべき医薬品を含むカートリッジ(18)を受けるように適合され、ハウジング(14)に連結可能であるカートリッジホルダ(16)、
−医薬品の事前に定義された用量の設定及び投与のためにカートリッジ(18)と操作可能に係合される駆動機構(12)、
を含んでなる、医薬品の事前に定義された用量を投与するためのペン型注射器であって:
ここで、
−駆動機構(12)は、全体として、駆動機構(12)とカートリッジ(18)間の軸方向のクリアランスを補償するため、ハウジング(14)内に軸方向に摺動可能に支持され、
駆動機構(12)に軸方向に固定されたガイディングエレメント(28)は、ハウジング(14)内に軸方向に摺動可能に受け入れられ、そして、駆動機構(12)は、ガイディングエレメント(28)を通して、ハウジング(14)に対して軸方向に固定可能であり、
そのガイディングエレメントが、駆動機構(12)を受けるためのスリーブ(28)を含み、そのスリーブ(28)は、駆動機構(12)を活性化することなく又は操作することなく、カートリッジ(18)のピストン(20)と駆動機構(12)のピストンロッド(22)の間の軸方向のクリアランスを取り除くために、ハウジング(14)内に軸方向に変位可能に支持される
ことを特徴とする、上記ペン形注射器。 - ガイディングエレメント(28)及びハウジング(14)が、相互に際限なく調整可能である、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- ガイディングエレメント(28)及びハウジングが、ポジティブなロック手段を用いて相互に係合可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の注射器。
- ガイディングエレメント(28)及びハウジング(14)が、接着連結され、相互に結合され、及び/又は溶接される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- ハウジング(14)及びガイディングエレメント(28)が、レーザ溶接によって相互に連結される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- ハウジング(14)が、選択されたレーザ放射線に対して少なくとも部分的に透明であり、ここで、ガイディングエレメント(28)が、少なくとも部分的に該レーザ放射線を吸収するように適合される、請求項5に記載の注射器。
- ハウジング(14)及びカートリッジホルダ(16)が、軸方向に相互に連結される、請求項6に記載の注射器。
- 駆動機構(12)及びハウジング(14)の軸方向の機械的連結が、ガイディングエレメント(28)により専ら提供される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 更に、医薬品で充填されたカートリッジ(18)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射器。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のペン形注射器の、カートリッジ(18)と駆動機構(12)間の軸方向のクリアランスを取り除く方法であって:ここで、
−カートリッジ(18)は、カートリッジホルダ(16)内に配列され、
−駆動機構(12)は、全体として、駆動機構(12)に軸方向に固定されたスリーブ形状のガイディングエレメント(28)を用いて、ハウジング(14)に対して軸方向に摺動可能に支持され、そしてハウジング(14)に、摺動しながら受け入れられ;
−ここで、カートリッジホルダ(16)及びハウジング(14)の組立中、駆動機構(12)は、駆動機構(12)を活性化すること又は操作することなく、カートリッジ(18)のピストン(20)及び駆動機構(12)のピストンロッド(22)との間の軸方向のクリアランスを除去するためカートリッジ(18)と操作可能に係合する駆動機構(12)に対応して、ハウジング(14)に対して軸方向に変位し;及び
−ここで、駆動機構(12)は、ハウジング(14)及びカートリッジホルダ(16)の組立後、ハウジング(14)に対して軸方向に固定される;
