Claims (16)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された第1タッチ感知電極層と、
前記第1タッチ感知電極層を覆って、前記基板上に形成された第1保護層と、
前記第1保護層上に形成され、電気的に接地されたグラウンド層と、
前記第1保護層と前記グラウンド層との間に形成された第2タッチ感知電極層と、
前記第2タッチ感知電極層と前記グラウンド層との間に形成された第2保護層と、
前記グラウンド層上に形成された絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層上に形成された有機発光素子と、
前記有機発光素子を外部から密封する封止部材と、を備え、
前記第1タッチ感知電極層は、複数の分離されたパターンで形成され、
前記第1保護層は、前記複数の分離されたパターンをそれぞれ覆うように分離されて形成され、
前記第2タッチ感知電極層は、前記基板および前記第1保護層上に形成され、
前記有機発光素子から放射された光は、前記封止部材から外部に放射されずに、前記基板を透過して外部に放射されることを特徴とする有機発光ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1タッチ感知電極層は、透光性物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記グラウンド層は、透光性物質であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1保護層は、無機絶縁物で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2タッチ感知電極層は、透光性物質であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記透光性物質は、ITO、IZO、ZnO、及びIn2O3から選択された一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項2、3、5のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2保護層は、無機絶縁物で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1、5、6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記基板は、透明なガラス材で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記絶縁層上に形成された複数の薄膜トランジスタと、前記絶縁層上に形成された複数の有機発光素子がさらに備えられ,
前記有機発光素子は、前記薄膜トランジスタに電気的に接続する第1電極、前記第1電極上に形成された第2電極、及び前記第1電極と第2電極との間に形成された有機発光層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1タッチ感知電極層は、透光性物質であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記グラウンド層は、透光性物質であることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは、
チャンネル領域、ソース領域及びドレイン領域を備える活性層と、
前記チャンネル領域に対応するゲート電極と、
前記ソース及びドレイン領域に接続するソース及びドレイン電極と、を備え、
前記有機発光素子の第1電極は、前記ゲート電極と同一物質で同一層に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1電極及び前記ゲート電極は、透光性物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは、
チャンネル領域、ソース領域及びドレイン領域を備える活性層と、
前記チャンネル領域に対応するゲート電極と、
前記ソース及びドレイン領域に接続するソース及びドレイン電極と、を備え、
前記有機発光素子の第1電極は、前記ソース及びドレイン電極と同一物質で同一層に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1電極及び前記ソース及びドレイン電極は、透光性物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記透光性物質は、ITO、IZO、ZnO、及びIn2O3から選択された一つ以上の物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項10、11、13、15のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
