第2の伸長性材料を含みかつ該耐疲労荷重性構造体(100)の疲労荷重受け部分(204)に固定された溶接可能な耐疲労荷重性特徴部(206)と
を含んでおり、
第1の伸長性材料が第2の伸長性材料よりも小さい延性であり、第2の伸長性材料が、275MPa(40ksi)〜344MPa(50ksi)の範囲にある降伏強度で弾性荷重状態にあり、
前記溶接可能な耐疲労荷重性特徴部(206)が、引張及び圧縮力に起因する割れの形成を低減、遅延又は解消し、
前記耐疲労荷重性構造体(100)が風力タービン(100)であり、前記溶接可能な耐疲労荷重性特徴部(206)が風力タービンタワー(104)と風力タービンナセル(102)との間に配置される、構造体(100)。 - 第1の伸長性材料が低合金鋼又は炭素鋼である、請求項1記載の構造体(100)。
- 第2の伸長性材料がニッケル基合金である、請求項1又は請求項2記載の構造体(100)。
- 第2の伸長性材料が、45%〜60%の伸びを示す延性を有する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の構造体(100)。
- 第1の伸長性材料が、15%〜20%の伸びを示す延性を有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の構造体(100)。
- 第2の伸長性材料が、溶接フィラーによって形成される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の構造体(100)。
- 第2の伸長性材料が、フィレット(302)によって形成される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の構造体(100)。
- 該耐疲労荷重性構造体(100)が風力タービン(100)であり、前記疲労荷重受け部分(204)が、風力タービンタワー(104)、風力タービンナセル(102)及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の構造体(100)。
