Description
本発明は、電池セル内から情報を伝送するための装置と、電気エネルギーを貯蔵するための電池セルと、電池セル内から情報を伝送するための方法とに関する。
上記従来技術を背景として本発明では、独立請求項に記載の、電池セル内から情報を伝送するための装置と、電気エネルギーを貯蔵するための電池セルと、電池セル内から情報を伝送する方法とを開示する。各従属請求項と以下の記載内容とから、有利な実施形態を導き出すことができる。
前記電池セルの外部ケースの内側に設けられており、かつ、前記情報を表す信号を当該外部ケースに通過させるように出力する第1の伝送装置。
前記第1の伝送装置から直流分離されて前記外部ケースの外側に配置された、前記信号を受信する第2の伝送装置。
前記電池セルを包囲する外部ケース、
前記外部ケースに設置された伝送用の装置。
前記電池セルの外部ケースの内側に配置された第1の伝送装置を用いて、当該外部ケースを貫通するように形成された、前記情報を表す信号を出力するステップ。
前記外部ケースの外側に配置された第2の伝送装置を用いて前記信号を受信するステップ。
Claims (9)
- 電気エネルギーを貯蔵するための電池セル(100)であって、
前記電池セル(100)を包囲する外部ケース(104;200)と、
前記外部ケース(104;200)に設置された、前記電池セル(100)内から情報を伝送するための装置(102)と
を有し、
前記装置(102)は、
前記外部ケース(104;200)の内側に設けられており、かつ、前記情報を表す信号(110)を当該外部ケース(104;200)に通過させるように出力する第1の伝送装置(106)と、
前記外部ケース(104;200)の外側に配置されており、かつ、前記第1の伝送装置(106)から直流分離されている、前記信号(110)を受信する第2の伝送装置(108)と
を有し、
前記外部ケース(104;200)は破裂膜(200)を有し、
前記装置(102)は前記破裂膜(200)の領域に配置されている
ことを特徴とする電池セル(100)。 - 前記第1の伝送装置(106)および前記第2の伝送装置(108)はそれぞれ誘導式伝送装置として、またはそれぞれ容量式伝送装置として構成されている、
請求項1記載の電池セル(100)。 - 前記両伝送装置(106,108)のうち一方はコイルであり、他方はダイポール素子もしくはコイルであるか、
または、
前記両伝送装置(106,108)は、平行平板コンデンサを構成する平板である、
請求項2記載の電池セル(100)。 - 前記第2の伝送装置(108)は、別の情報を表す別の信号(110)を前記外部ケース(104;200)に通過させるように出力するよう構成されており、
前記第1の伝送装置(106)は、前記別の信号(110)を受信するように構成されている、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電池セル(100)。 - 前記第1の伝送装置(106)は前記外部ケース(104;200)に直接取り付けられており、
および/または、
前記第2の伝送装置(108)は、前記外部ケース(104;200)に直接取り付けられている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電池セル(100)。 - 前記第1の伝送装置(106)は、前記外部ケース(104;200)に向かう方向の第1の伝送領域を有し、前記第2の伝送装置(108)は当該第1の伝送領域内に配置されており、
および/または、
前記第2の伝送装置(108)は、前記外部ケース(104;200)に向かう方向の第2の伝送領域を有し、前記第1の伝送装置(106)は当該第2の伝送領域内に配置されている、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の電池セル(100)。 - 前記外部ケース(104;200)は前記装置(102)の領域において電気絶縁性である、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電池セル(100)。 - 前記外部ケース(104;200)は前記装置(102)の領域において導電性である、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電池セル(100)。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の電池セル(100)内から情報を伝送する方法(500)であって、
前記電池セル(100)の外部ケース(104;200)の内側に設置された第1の伝送装置(106)を用いて、当該外部ケース(104;200)を貫通するように形成された、前記情報を表す信号(110)を出力するステップ(502)と、
前記外部ケース(104;200)の外側に設置された第2の伝送装置(108)を用いて前記信号(110)を受信するステップ(504)と
を有することを特徴とする方法(500)。
