Description
プラキサイアテクノロジ社(Praxair Technology、Inc.)(コネチカット州ダンベリー)が譲受した米国特許第6,041,621号「Single circuit cryogenic liquefaction of industrial gas(工業ガスの単一回路極低温液状化)」(特許文献1)には、工業ガスをより効率的に液化する方法であって、該液化のための冷凍は多成分冷媒液を使用してなされ、大気温度から極低温までの広い温度範囲を対象とした単一の流れ回路によって提供される方法が記載されている。
Claims (8)
- 極低温冷凍システムに使用されるHCFCを含まない冷媒配合物であって、以下の冷媒成分を含んでなり、
前記冷媒配合物は、さらに、下記の冷却成分を含んでもよく、
その際、前記R−14、R−23、ArおよびR−125の含有比率と、前記R−134aとR−236faの含有比率の総和は、100.0モル%を超えない範囲に選択されており;
前記冷媒配合物は、130K〜137Kの範囲内の温度で使用される極低温冷凍システムの動作においてフリーズアウトを避ける為のものであり、
各冷媒成分の前記モル%は、冷凍システムのエバポレータの循環におけるモル%である
ことを特徴とする冷媒配合物。 - 前記配合物において少なくとも1つの追加成分をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの追加成分は、HeまたはNeであり、
前記追加成分が追加された後も成分が互いに同一の相対比率を維持する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷媒配合物。 - 前記冷凍システムは、気液相セパレータを備えた自動冷凍カスケード、絞り装置冷凍システム、およびクリーメンコ型システムの1つにおけるコンプレッササイクルである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の冷媒配合物。 - 前記冷凍システムは、エバポレータへの低温冷媒の流れまたは高温冷媒の流れを交互に許容する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の冷媒配合物。 - 前記冷凍システムは冷媒によって冷却される物体を含み、
前記物体は、
(a)水蒸気などの好ましくない気体をフリーズアウトしてトラップする真空チャンバ内の金属部品、
(b)液体、気体、凝縮ガスおよび凝縮ガス混合物の少なくとも1つを含む第2の流動体から熱を除去する熱交換器、
(c)内部冷媒流路を有し、シリコンウェハ、ガラス片、プラスチック片、および磁気コーティングが施されたまたは施されていないアルミニウムディスクの少なくとも1つを冷却する金属部品、ならびに
(d)生体組織の凍結および保存の少なくとも一方を行う生体冷凍庫
のうちの少なくとも1つである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の冷媒配合物。 - 冷媒配合物が、1重量%未満の範囲内で潤滑オイルをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の冷媒配合物。 - 冷媒配合物が、POE型又はPAG型潤滑オイルをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の冷媒配合物。 - 1重量%から10重量%の範囲の潤滑オイルをさらに含み、
前記オイルはPOE型オイルおよびPAG型オイルの1つである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の冷媒配合物。
