Description

The present invention relates to a scaffold structure for a construction machine.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a scaffold structure for a construction machine including a lower traveling body, an upper swing body mounted on the lower traveling body, and a walking platform projecting outward from a side wall surface of the upper swing body. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). The upper swing body is provided with a cab, an engine, hydraulic equipment, and the like. Further, a plurality of scaffold members as walking platforms are arranged so as to be aligned in the front-rear direction of the upper swing body. An operator can get on and off the upper swing body using the tread surface of the scaffold member, and can safely and easily get into the cab or perform maintenance of the engine, hydraulic equipment, and the like.

Here, when transporting the construction machine to the construction site, it is necessary to place the construction machine on a transport vehicle such as a truck or a trailer. However, the load width that can be transported by the transport vehicle is limited by the road law. Therefore, in a state where the scaffold member is projected outward from the side wall surface of the upper-part turning body, there is a possibility that the load width limitation may be exceeded.

Therefore, in the conventional construction machine, the scaffold member can be removed from the upper swing body, or the tread surface of the scaffold member can be stowed along the side wall surface of the upper swing body to be retractable. It is designed to fit within the load width limit of the transport vehicle.

However, in the conventional construction machine scaffold structure, since the scaffold member has a so-called cantilever support structure projecting outward from the side wall surface of the upper swing body, when the operator gets on and off the scaffold member, There exists a problem that a member will bend. In particular, as in the scaffold member described in Patent Document 1, in the configuration in which a plurality of the swing members are arranged in the front-rear direction of the upper swing body, the total length of each scaffold member is shortened, so that the amount of bending becomes large. .

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a scaffolding structure for a construction machine including a plurality of scaffolding members arranged in the front-rear direction of the upper swing body. An object of the present invention is to reduce the amount of bending of the scaffold member that occurs when getting on and off the member.

The present invention is directed to a scaffold structure for a construction machine, which includes a lower traveling body, an upper swing body mounted on the lower traveling body, and a scaffold member projecting outward from a side wall surface of the upper swing body. The following solutions were taken.

That is, in the first invention, a plurality of the scaffold members are arranged so as to be aligned in the front-rear direction of the upper swing body,
Between the unfolded position where the tread surface of the scaffold member is extended so as to be substantially horizontal and the retracted position where the tread surface of the scaffold member is erected so as to be along the side wall surface of the upper swing body. A hinge member that rotatably supports the base end of the scaffold member in order to rotate the scaffold member;
It is characterized by comprising a connecting member that is positioned at the unfolded position and that is adjacent to each other so as to be able to engage with each other at the projecting side end of the scaffold member.

In the first invention, a plurality of scaffold members are arranged so as to be aligned in the front-rear direction of the upper swing body. Adjacent scaffold members are connected by a connecting member. The connecting member connects the scaffold members so that they can be engaged with each other at the overhanging side end portion of the scaffold members.

With such a configuration, since the load when the operator gets on and off the scaffold member is distributed to the plurality of scaffold members connected by the connecting member, the load is received by only one scaffold member As compared with the above, the amount of bending of the scaffold member can be reduced.

Further, since the connecting position by the connecting member is set to the overhanging side end portion where the bending amount is maximized, the bending generated in the scaffold member can be effectively reduced, and the operator can easily perform the attaching / detaching operation of the connecting member.

According to a second invention, in the first invention,
The connecting member is
A spacer member fitted into a gap between the scaffold members adjacent to each other;
And a fastening member that fastens and fixes the scaffold members in a state where the spacer member is sandwiched between the scaffold members.

In the second invention, the connecting member includes a spacer member and a fastening member. The spacer member is fitted into a gap between adjacent scaffold members and is sandwiched between the scaffold members. The scaffold members are fastened and fixed by a fastening member.

With such a configuration, the scaffold members can be connected to each other with a relatively simple configuration in which the spacer members are fitted in the gaps of the scaffold members and the scaffold members are fastened and fixed by the fastening members.

According to a third invention, in the first invention,
One of the scaffold members adjacent to each other is formed with an engagement hole opened on the other scaffold member side,
The connecting member is provided on the other scaffold member, and is configured by a latch member that can be engaged with each other by moving forward and backward with respect to the engagement hole.

In the third invention, an engagement hole is formed in one of the scaffold members adjacent to each other. The engagement hole is open to the other scaffold member side. The other scaffold member is provided with a connecting member. The connecting member is formed of a latch member, and the scaffold members can be engaged with each other by moving forward and backward with respect to the engagement hole.

With such a configuration, the scaffold members can be connected to each other with a relatively simple configuration in which the latch member is merely engaged with the engagement hole, and workability is improved.

According to a fourth invention, in the first invention,
The connecting member is
An engagement member provided on one of the scaffold members adjacent to each other and having an engagement hole opened on a width direction side of the scaffold member;
The other scaffold member is provided on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the engagement member, and includes a latch member which can be engaged with each other by moving forward and backward with respect to the engagement hole. It is what.

In 4th invention, a connection member is provided with the engaging member provided in one among the mutually adjacent scaffold members, and the latch member provided in the other scaffold member. The engagement member is formed with an engagement hole opened on the side of the scaffold member in the width direction. The latch member is provided on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the engagement member, and the scaffold members can be engaged with each other by moving forward and backward with respect to the engagement hole.

With such a configuration, the scaffold members can be connected to each other by a relatively simple configuration in which the latch member is merely engaged with the engagement hole of the engagement member, and workability is improved. Further, when the scaffold member is retracted by standing the tread surface of the scaffold member along the side wall surface of the upper revolving structure, the latch member moves in a direction away from the engagement hole by its own weight. Accordingly, when the scaffold member is deployed again, the plurality of scaffold members are not deployed simultaneously, and safety can be ensured.

According to the present invention, since the load when the operator gets on and off the scaffold member is distributed to the plurality of scaffold members connected by the connecting member, compared to a case where the load is received by only one scaffold member. Thus, the amount of bending of the scaffold member can be reduced.

Further, since the connecting position by the connecting member is set to the overhanging side end portion where the bending amount is maximized, the bending generated in the scaffold member can be effectively reduced, and the operator can easily perform the attaching / detaching operation of the connecting member.

The mounting bracket 45 of the foremost scaffold member 30 is formed of a plate-like body that is bent so as to have flange surfaces at both ends in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The flange surface of the mounting bracket 45 is in contact with the bulging portion 3a bulging from the side wall surface of the revolving frame 3, and is fastened and fixed by a fastening bolt (not shown).

The mounting bracket 45 of the remaining scaffold member 30 is formed of a plate-like body. The mounting bracket 45 is in contact with the side wall surface of the revolving frame 3 and fastened and fixed by fastening bolts (not shown).

A stopper bolt 47 is disposed on the mounting bracket 45 adjacent to the hinge body 41. The shaft portion of the stopper bolt 47 extends outward from the revolving frame 3, and a head portion is provided at the tip portion. When the scaffold member 30 is positioned at the unfolded position, the tread surface of the scaffold member 30 is regulated to be substantially horizontal by the head of the stopper bolt 47 coming into contact with the peripheral plate 32 on the revolving frame 3 side. The

Adjacent scaffold members 30 are connected to each other by a connecting member 60 at their projecting side ends. The connecting member 60 includes a cylindrical spacer member 61, a fastening bolt 62 as a fastening member, and a fastening nut 63.

The spacer member 61 is fitted in a position corresponding to the insertion hole 36 of the peripheral plate 32 in the gap between the adjacent scaffold members 30. Then, the shaft portion of the fastening bolt 62 is inserted through the insertion hole 36 of the rear scaffold member 30 with the spacer member 61 being sandwiched between the scaffold members 30. The distal end of the shaft portion of the fastening bolt 62 protrudes from the peripheral plate 32 of the front scaffold member 30 through the insertion hole of the spacer member 61 and the front scaffold member 30, and is fastened and fixed by a fastening nut 63. As a result, the scaffold members 30 are fastened and fixed together by the fastening bolts 62 and the fastening nuts 63, and the spacer members 61 are fastened together while being sandwiched between the scaffold members 30.

With such a configuration, since the load when the operator gets on and off the scaffold member 30 is distributed to the plurality of scaffold members 30 connected by the connecting member 60, only one scaffold member 30 is used. The amount of bending of the scaffold member 30 can be reduced as compared with the case where a load is received.

In addition, since the connecting position by the connecting member 60 is set to the overhanging side end portion at which the bending amount is maximized, the bending generated in the scaffold member 30 can be effectively reduced, and the operator performs the attaching / detaching operation of the connecting member 60. It becomes easy.

In the present embodiment, the scaffold members 30 are connected to each other by the fastening bolts 62 and the fastening nuts 63 with the spacer members 61 being held between the adjacent scaffold members 30. The scaffold members 30 may be connected to each other by only the fastening bolt 62 and the fastening nut 63 without being fitted into the gap.

<< Embodiment 2 >>
FIG. 8 is a plan view of the state in which the scaffold members according to Embodiment 2 are connected to each other by a connecting member, as viewed from the upper surface side, FIG. 9 is a plan view as viewed from the lower surface side, and FIG. 10 is viewed from the lower surface side. It is a perspective view. Since the difference from the first embodiment is the configuration of the connecting member 60, the same parts as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and only the differences will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the adjacent scaffold members 30 are connected to each other by a connecting member 60 at their overhanging end portions. The connecting member 60 includes a latch member 70 that includes a latch pin 71, a latch body 72, and a latch handle 73. The latch pin 71 is accommodated in the latch main body 72 and is movable forward and backward in the vehicle front-rear direction. A latch handle 73 extending in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the latch pin 71 is attached to the latch pin 71, and an operator can hold the latch handle 73 and move the latch pin 71 forward and backward.

The latch main body 72 is attached to the rear scaffold member 30 among the adjacent scaffold members 30, and is disposed at the overhanging end of the scaffold member 30. An insertion hole 36 through which the latch pin 71 is inserted is formed in the peripheral plate 32 of the rear scaffold member 30. An engagement hole 37 for engaging the latch pin 71 is formed in the peripheral plate 32 of the front scaffold member 30.

Here, when the operator moves the latch pin 71 to the front side and engages with the engagement hole 37, the scaffold members 30 are connected to each other. On the other hand, by moving the latch pin 71 to the rear side and releasing the engagement with the engagement hole 37, the coupling of the scaffold members 30 is released.

With such a configuration, the scaffold members 30 can be connected to each other by a relatively simple configuration in which the latch pin 71 is merely engaged with the engagement hole 37, and workability is improved.

<< Embodiment 3 >>
FIG. 11 is a plan view of a state in which the scaffold members according to the third embodiment are connected to each other by a connecting member, viewed from the upper surface side, FIG. 12 is a plan view viewed from the lower surface side, and FIG. 13 is viewed from the lower surface side. It is a perspective view. As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the mutually adjacent scaffold members 30 are connected to each other by a connecting member 60 at their projecting side ends. The connecting member 60 includes a latch member 70 and an engaging member 80. The latch member 70 and the engaging member 80 are disposed in a gap between the adjacent scaffold members 30.

The engaging member 80 is attached to the front scaffold member 30 among the scaffold members 30 adjacent to each other. The engaging member 80 is disposed at the overhanging side end portion of the scaffold member 30. The engagement member 80 is formed with an engagement hole 81 that opens to the width direction side of the scaffold member 30.

The latch member 70 is disposed on the inner side in the width direction than the engaging member 80 and is attached to the rear scaffold member 30. The latch member 70 includes a latch pin 71, a latch body 72, and a latch handle 73. The latch pin 71 is accommodated in the latch main body 72 and can advance and retreat in the vehicle width direction. A latch handle 73 extending in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the latch pin 71 is attached to the latch pin 71. The latch pin 71 is inserted through a guide hole 38 formed in the peripheral plate 32 of the rear scaffold member 30.

The guide hole 38 has a shape that extends along the vehicle width direction and that both ends thereof extend downward. That is, when the operator holds the latch handle 73 and moves the latch pin 71 forward and backward along the guide hole 38, the latch handle 73 is locked in the guide hole 38 at both end positions in the width direction, and the latch pin 71 is moved in the width direction. It becomes impossible to move.

Here, when the operator moves the latch pin 71 outward in the width direction and engages with the engagement hole 81 of the engagement member 80, the scaffold members 30 are connected to each other. On the other hand, by moving the latch pin 71 inward in the width direction and releasing the engagement with the engagement hole 81, the coupling of the scaffold members 30 is released.

With such a configuration, the scaffold members 30 can be connected to each other by a relatively simple configuration in which the latch pin 71 of the latch member 70 is merely engaged with the engagement hole 81 of the engagement member 80, and workability is improved. Will improve.

In the present embodiment, the guide hole 38 extends along the vehicle width direction and both ends thereof extend downward to lock the latch pin 71 at both ends in the width direction. The guide hole 38 may be extended only in the vehicle width direction. In this manner, when the scaffold member 30 is retracted by standing the tread surface of the scaffold member 30 along the side wall surface of the upper swing body 2, the latch pin 71 moves in a direction away from the engagement hole 81 due to its own weight. Accordingly, when the scaffold member 30 is deployed again, the plurality of scaffold members 30 are not deployed simultaneously, and safety can be ensured.

In the present embodiment, the engaging member 80 is attached to the front scaffold member 30 and the latch member 70 is attached to the rear scaffold member 30. However, the latch member 70 is attached to the front scaffold member 30. Alternatively, the engaging member 80 may be attached to the rear scaffold member 30.

<< Other Embodiments >>
About the said embodiment, it is good also as following structures.

In the present embodiment, a description has been given of a mode in which a plurality of scaffold members 30 having a structure that can be rotated between a deployed position and a retracted position are coupled by a coupling member 60, but can be detached from the pivot frame 3 of the upper swing body 2. A configuration in which a plurality of scaffold members 30 having a simple structure are coupled by the coupling member 60 may be employed.

In the present embodiment, any one of the plurality of scaffold members 30 arranged in the front-rear direction (the frontmost scaffold member 30 in FIG. 2) is regulated so that the scaffold member 30 does not rotate in the deployed position. A rotation restricting member (not shown) is provided. Therefore, if the adjacent scaffold members 30 are connected to each other by the connecting member 60, the entire scaffold member 30 is restricted from rotating at the deployed position without providing a rotation restricting member for the remaining scaffold members 30. This leads to a reduction in the number of parts.

As described above, the present invention is a scaffold member generated when an operator gets on and off a scaffold member in a scaffold structure of a construction machine including a plurality of scaffold members arranged in a longitudinal direction of the upper swing body. Therefore, it is extremely useful and has high industrial applicability.
