Claims (16)
- 容器室(7)に含まれる媒体の少なくとも一つのパラメーターを測定するためのセンサ配列(10,10’’’,10’’’’)を受け入れるためのセンサアダプタ(3)を有する容器(2)であって、前記センサアダプタ(3,3’,3’’,3’’’)は、前記容器室(7)の壁上に配置され、前記センサ配列(10,10’’’,10’’’’)を適用するための受け入れチャネル(8,8’’,8’’’)内に外部アクセス可能な受け入れ開口(9)を有し、受け入れチャネル(8,8’’,8’’’)は、浸透可能な第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)により形成される少なくとも一つの境界面、および、浸透可能な第二膜(14,14’,14’’)により形成される少なくとも一つの境界面を有する、前記容器室(7)の中へ突出するアダプタシャフト(6,6’,6’’,6’’’’)を形成し、測定される媒体または媒質は前記膜を介して前記センサ配列(10,10’’’,10’’’’)に供給され、浸透可能な第二膜(14,14’,14’’)は、浸透可能な第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)と異なる性質を有することを特徴とする、前記容器(2)。
- 第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)および/または第二膜(14,14’,14’’)が、0.1〜0.4μmの孔寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)および/または第二膜(14,14’,14’’)が、0.2μm以下の孔寸法を有し、無菌バリアを形成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)および/または第二膜(14,14’,14’’)が、親水性、疎水性または撥油性の性質を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 第一膜(13’’’’)が、親水性の性質を有する一つ以上の領域(22)および疎水性の性質を有する一つ以上の領域(23)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)および/または第二膜(14,14’,14’’)が、天然高分子から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)および/または第二膜(14,14’,14’’)が、酢酸セルロースまたは再生セルロースから作られることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の容器。
- 第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)および/または第二膜(14,14’,14’’)が、合成高分子化合物から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 第一膜(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)および/または第二膜(14,14’,14’’)が、ポリスルホンから作られることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の容器。
- 前記アダプタシャフト(6)は、異なる性質を有する連続的に配置された第一膜および第二膜(13,14)を有し、閉じられた端(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記アダプタシャフト(6’)は、容器室(7)内のアダプタシャフトの端を閉じる第一の膜(13’)と、アダプタシャフトの周に配置され、第一の膜(13’)と異なる性質を有する第二の膜(14’)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記アダプタシャフト(6’’)はその周に配置された第一の膜(13’’)を有し、前記アダプタシャフト(6‘’)は、閉じられた端と、容器室(7)の外側に位置するアクセス開口(20)を有していて外部へつながるサイドチャネル(19)とを有し、前記アクセス開口(20)は第二の膜(14’’)に覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- センサ配列(10’’’)が、圧力を生成するために長軸方向へ動くことができるように、受け入れチャネル(8’’’)内のプランジャーの形で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- センサ配列(10’’’’)が、蛇腹(24)により受け入れチャネル(8’’’’)内を長軸方向に動くことができるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- センサアダプタ(3,3’,3’’,3’’’,3’’’’)が、ベータ線、ガンマ線およびエチレンオキシドのうちの少なくとも一つに耐性がある素材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 容器(2)が、使い捨てバイオリアクター(1)の形であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
