Description
図5は実施の形態の除湿機における結露の除去運転の動作を示すフローチャートである。
除湿機の制御回路7は、結露の除去運転の開始を検知すると、風向可変手段1の縦方向可変モーター1c及び横方向可変モーター1dを駆動して排気口103から送風可能にし、ファンモーター2aを駆動して送風ファン2を回転させ、除湿手段5を駆動する。その後、制御回路7は、赤外線センサー6の検出範囲の初期位置である座標(1,1)のブロックに赤外線センサー6が向くように縦方向可変モーター1c及び横方向可変モーター1dを制御する(S1)。続いて、制御回路7は、赤外線センサー6が図4に示す太線のルート上を順に移動するように縦方向可変モーター1c及び横方向可変モーター1dを制御すると共に、赤外線センサー6により検出される所定ルート上(図4の太線)の各ブロックの表面温度(以下、単に「温度」という)を読み込む(S2)。

Claims (3)
- 空気中に含まれる水分を除去するための除湿手段と、
室内の空気を吸気し、前記除湿手段を通過させて得られた乾燥空気を室内に吹き出す送風手段と、を有する除湿機において、
乾燥空気の送風方向を上下左右に可変する風向可変手段と、
前記風向可変手段に取り付けられ、該風向可変手段の送風方向にある物体の表面温度を非接触にて検出する表面温度検出手段と、
室内の結露の除去運転開始を検知すると、前記風向可変手段の送風方向を上下左右に可変して得られる複数のブロックからなる表面温度検出範囲のうちの一部のブロック上のみを通る所定ルートを前記表面温度検出手段が移動するように前記風向可変手段の送風方向を制御すると共に、前記表面温度検出手段により検出される前記所定ルート上の各ブロックの表面温度を読み込み、読み込んだ表面温度の中から最低の表面温度を選定して、その最低の表面温度の方向に乾燥空気が送風されるように前記風向可変手段を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記最低の表面温度の方向に乾燥空気を送風する際に、前記最低の表面温度のブロックとそのブロックを囲むブロックとからなる所定範囲のエリアを設定し、そのエリアの各ブロックに順次に乾燥空気が送風されるように前記風向可変手段を制御することを特徴とする除湿機。 - 前記制御手段は、読み込んだ表面温度の中から最低の表面温度を選定した際、その最低の表面温度が所定値より低いかどうかを判定し、最低の表面温度が所定値より低いときにはその最低の表面温度の方向に乾燥空気が送風されるように前記風向可変手段を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿機。
- 前記所定ルートには、前記表面温度検出範囲の中心を通る2本の対角線が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の除湿機。
