Description
Claims (6)
- 低温殺菌装置(1)の生産時間を長くする方法であって、前記低温殺菌装置(1)が幾つかの区間を有するプレート式熱交換器を含むタイプであり、そのうち少なくとも1つの区間が再生区間(5)で構成され、特定の所定の期間中に一定間隔で、前記再生区間(5)の下流部分の温度が50℃より高い温度まで上昇するステップを含む方法であって、通常生産中に、そうでなければ前記再生区間(5)の下流部分を通過する前記生成物の一部の量が前記再生区間(5)を通過しないように分流されることと、前記一定間隔で前記所定の期間中に、そうでなければ前記再生区間(5)の上流部分を通過する前記生成物の一部の量が前記再生区間(5)を通過しないように分流されることと、前記所定の期間中に全生成物が前記再生区間(5)の下流部分を通過することとを特徴とする方法。
- 前記再生区間(5)の下流部分を通過しないように分流される前記生成物の一部の量が、72℃の低温殺菌温度及び35℃の最終生成物温度で全生成物の流れの約45%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生区間(5)の下流部分を通過しないように分流される前記生成物の一部の量が、72℃より高い低温殺菌温度で45%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記再生区間(5)の下流部分を通過しないように分流される前記生成物の一部の量が、35℃より高い最終生成物温度で45%より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 約50〜55℃の温度上昇で、持続時間が10分であり、前記温度上昇が60分の間隔で繰り返されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 約70〜75℃の温度上昇で、持続時間が1〜2分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
