図20では、参照符号200は、心臓デバイスの保持器具を示し、この保持器具は、図13に例示されている心臓デバイス101の場合に、心臓H(図1)へ心臓デバイスを埋め込むための補助具として機能する。器具200は、軸A1に沿って延在し、フレーム201、心臓デバイス101の保持部202、および様々な動作位置に保持部202を駆動させ維持するように考えられた駆動部材203を含む。
心内構造物の弾性機能を回復させるために心臓H(図1)に心臓デバイスを埋め込むための方法を、特に、この方法に用いる心臓デバイス101(図13および図14)および器具300(図23〜図25)を参照して説明する。この方法は、患者を体外循環下に置く開心術に関連した通常の段階を含む。より具体的には、本発明の方法は、心臓デバイス101を静止構造に関する拡張構造(図23に例示されているような)に配置すること、および拡張構造における心臓デバイス101を図1に示されている種類の心内構造物の内面に沿って取り付けることを含む。当然、器具300(図23)は、心臓デバイス101が心内構造物に取り付けられるまで心臓デバイス101を支持する。心臓デバイス101が心内構造物に縫合されたら、心臓デバイス101と器具300との間の接続を切断し、器具を心臓から外して取り出す。
Claims (6)
- 心周期中に、心内構造物からのエネルギを蓄え、前記心内構造物にエネルギを供給し、前記心内構造物の機能的な弾性を回復させるための、心筋症および弁膜症の治療用の心臓デバイスであって、
細長い形状を有し、所定の部分に沿って少なくとも部分的に設けられたコイルとされ、前記心内構造物に取り付け可能であり、
前記コイルは、前記心臓デバイスの静止長の10%から50%の前記心臓デバイスの弾性伸びを可能にするようにその材料、数、および寸法が選択され、使用中に血流にさらされ、
ばね用の金属ワイヤで実現され、前記所定の部分に沿って少なくとも部分的に前記コイル状に巻かれる細長い部材と、
前記細長い部材に取り付けられ、前記心内構造物に直接取り付け可能な少なくとも1つの取り付け可能な部材とを備え、
前記取り付け可能な部材が、細長い形状を有し、前記コイルと交差する金属メッシュチューブを備え、前記細長い部材に沿って平行に配置され、
前記チューブが伸長可能である心臓デバイス。 - 前記コイルは、前記心臓デバイスの前記静止長の5%未満の前記心臓デバイスの弾性収縮を可能にするようにその材料、数、および寸法が選択される、請求項1に記載の心臓デバイス。
- 前記取り付け可能な部材は、使用中に前記コイルが少なくとも部分的に血流に制限なくさらされるように前記細長い部材に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の心臓デバイス。
- 前記細長い部材および前記取り付け可能な部材が、リング形状であり、
前記細長い部材の各コイルが、前記取り付け可能な部材の材料の中に部分的に埋め込まれている、請求項1に記載の心臓デバイス。 - 前記金属メッシュチューブが閉リングを形成する、請求項1に記載の心臓デバイス。
- 前記コイルが、少なくとも1つの螺旋ばねを画定し、
各コイルが、弾性圧縮変形および弾性牽引変形を可能にするために近接するコイルから距離を置いて配置されている、請求項1に記載の心臓デバイス。
