Description
Claims (11)
- 埋め込み部位で又は埋め込み部位にインプラント(1)を支持するための、少なくとも1つの支持手段(2)を含むインプラント(1)であって、
当該支持手段(2)と当該インプラント(1)とが第1直径から第2直径に拡張可能、及び/又は、第2直径から第1直径に潰れることが可能であり、
当該支持手段(2)は、接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)により互いに接続されたバー(11、11a、11b)と、
当該インプラントの少なくとも1つの他の構造に当該支持手段(2)を接続する少なくとも1つのポスト(3)と
を含み、
当該接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)のうち少なくとも2つが、少なくとも1つの材料特性又は1つの幾何学的特徴に違いを有し、
前記ポスト(3)に対して最短の距離を有する第1の接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)が、第1の厚さd1を有し、当該厚さd1は前記接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)の全ての厚さの中で最小の厚さである、
ことを特徴とするインプラント。 - 前記材料又は幾何学的特徴が、前記接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)の少なくとも1つの区間の厚さである、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記ポスト(3)に対して次に短い距離を有する第2接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)が第2の厚さd2を有し、厚さd2は厚さd1よりも大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記ポスト(3)に対して次に短い距離を有する第3接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)が厚さd3を有し、厚さd3は厚さd2よりも大きい、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載のインプラント。
- 心臓弁とともに構成又は実装された、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のインプラント。
- 形状記憶材料、特にニチノールを含むか、又はそれからなる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載のインプラント。
- 埋め込み部位で又は埋め込み部位にインプラント(1)を支持するための、少なくとも1つの支持手段(2)を含むインプラント(1)であって、
当該支持手段(2)と当該インプラント(1)とが第1直径から第2直径に拡張可能、そして/又は、第2直径から第1直径に潰れることが可能であり、
当該支持手段(2)は、接続区間(7’、7’’、7’’’、9)により互いに接続されたバー(11、11a、11b)を含み、
当該インプラント(1)は請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のものであり、かつ当該インプラント(1)は、バーを有する1つあるいはそれ以上の数の当該支持手段(2)に相互接続された1つあるいはそれ以上の数のポスト(3)を含み、
これらの当該バー(11a、11b)の中の2つが、当該ポスト(3)と一体となって開放端及び閉端を有するスリットを形成し、
当該スリット(31)の長さ(L2)の2.5倍から3.5倍が、当該支持手段(2)遠位―近位方向の長さである長さ(L1)内にある
ことを特徴とするインプラント。 - 前記スリット(31)の閉端と、隣接する開口(10)の隣接端との間の距離(L3)が当該スリット(31)の長さ(L2)の3分の1である、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
- 前記スリット(31)の前記閉端と、隣接する前記開口(10)の中心との間の距離(L4)が、前記スリット(31)の長さ(L2)の半分である、請求項7又は8に記載のインプラント。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の、少なくとも1つの拡張可能そして/又は潰れから回復可能なインプラント(1)、特にステントと、
医療用インプラント(1)を挿入するための少なくとも1つのカテーテル(6)又は他の送達装置と
からなるセット。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載のインプラント(1)を構成又は実装するための支持手段。
