Claims (11)
- 脳内の治療部位に配置される磁気的に作動される頭蓋送達ポンプと、
前記頭蓋送達ポンプに連結された流体交換カテーテルと、
前記流体交換カテーテルに連結された化学療法ポンプ装置と、
RF接続によって前記化学療法ポンプ装置に接続していて、前記頭蓋送達ポンプから得られ前記化学療法ポンプ装置により分析される脳からの採取試料のデータに基づいて、前記頭蓋送達ポンプによる患者の脳への投与薬物の送達計画を変更することが可能な外部コントローラと、
前記外部コントローラに連結されているディスプレイと
を備えてなり、
前記磁気的に作動される頭蓋送達ポンプは、投与薬物貯槽、試料採取腔、およびヘッド部分とベース部分を有し、前記ポンプの前記ヘッド部分と前記ベース部分各々にポンプアクチュエータアセンブリが連結されて、前記ポンプの前記ヘッド部分と前記ベース部分の表面が前記ポンプアクチュエータアセンブリの各端部内に連結されており、
前記ポンプアクチュエータアセンブリは、前記頭蓋送達ポンプを交互に収縮した形態と拡張した形態に駆動して、ポンプサイクルを提供し、
前記ポンプアクチュエータアセンブリは、さらに、往復振動する電磁ソレノイド、前記投与薬物貯槽に流体連結された薬物入口、および前記試料採取腔に流体連結された試料採取チューブ接続部を備えている
ことを特徴とする、患者の脳に直接、投与薬物を送達する薬物送達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置において、
前記頭蓋送達ポンプは、前記投与薬物貯槽を画成する内膜、およびその内膜を囲んでその内膜との間に前記試料採取腔を画成する外膜からなり、そして、前記投与薬物貯槽と前記試料採取腔は、互いに流体連通しないように配置構成されており、前記試料採取腔は、採取した脳脊髄液を貯える槽である
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項2に記載の薬物送達装置において、
前記内膜は、さらに、その内層に連結された複数の中空針を備えてなり、前記中空針は、前記頭蓋送達ポンプが収縮した形態のとき、前記頭蓋送達ポンプの前記外膜および前記試料採取腔を通過して突き出る
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項3に記載の薬物送達装置において、
前記外膜は、さらに、複数の通孔を有し、前記頭蓋送達ポンプが拡張した形態のとき、周囲の脳脊髄液が、患者から、前記通孔を通して、前記頭蓋送達ポンプの前記試料採取腔の中へ引き込まれる
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置において、
前記化学療法ポンプ装置は、
ポンプ電子回路アセンブリと、
前記ポンプ電子回路アセンブリに流体連通された少なくとも一つの投与薬物アンプルと、
誘導充電器電子回路アセンブリと、
前記ポンプ電子回路アセンブリと前記誘導充電器電子回路アセンブリを連結する少なくとも一つの電子回路相互接続ケーブルとを備えている
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項5に記載の薬物送達装置において、
前記ポンプ電子回路アセンブリは、さらに、
薬物送達CPUと、
前記薬物送達CPUに連結されたラボチップと、
前記薬物送達CPUに連結された少なくとも四つのアンプルポンプ駆動チップと、
前記薬物送達CPUに連結された戻しポンプ制御チップと、
前記薬物送達CPUに連結された送達弁集積回路と、
前記薬物送達CPUに連結された少なくとも二つのフラッシュメモリチップとを備えている
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項6に記載の薬物送達装置であって、さらに、
複数の圧電ポンプと、
送達弁とを備えてなり、
前記アンプルポンプ駆動チップの各々が、前記送達弁に流体連結された各対応する前記圧電ポンプに連結されている
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項7に記載の薬物送達装置であって、さらに、
戻し圧電ポンプを備えてなり、
前記戻しポンプ制御チップが、前記送達弁に流体連結された前記戻し圧電ポンプに連結されている
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項8に記載の薬物送達装置において、
前記送達弁集積回路が、前記送達弁に連結されている
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項5に記載の薬物送達装置であって、
前記RF接続のために、
無線トランシーバと、
無線アンテナとを備えてなる
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 請求項5に記載の薬物送達装置であって、さらに、
少なくとも4本の異なる投与薬物アンプルを備えてなる
ことを特徴とする薬物送達装置。
