Claims (3)
- 筒状の第1回転体の内径側に第2回転体を同軸上で相対回転可能に嵌挿して、これらの第1回転体の内径面と第2回転体の外径面との間に形成された環状空間に、線状の弾性体を螺旋状に巻回したコイルスプリングを収納し、このコイルスプリングの両端部を拡径または縮径して、前記2つの各回転体に設けたスプリング保持部の外径面または内径面の嵌合面に嵌合し、前記拡径または縮径されたコイルスプリングの弾性復元力に伴うコイルスプリングの両端部と前記スプリング保持部の嵌合面との摩擦力によって、前記2つの回転体をコイルスプリングで連結し、前記第1および第2回転体のいずれか一方にプーリを設けたプーリ構造体において、前記環状空間を形成する第1回転体の内径面または第2回転体の外径面の少なくとも一方に、前記嵌合されたコイルスプリングの両端部を除く中間部が捩じり変形によって所定の量だけ拡径または縮径したときに、このコイルスプリングの中間部の拡径した外径面または縮径した内径面と接触してその径変化を規制するコイル径規制面を設け、前記中間部が前記コイル径規制面と接触を開始したあと前記第1および第2回転体間の回転トルクが増加しても前記コイルスプリングの捩じれ角の増加勾配が徐々に減少して前記コイルスプリングの捩じれ変形が規制されて前記回転トルクを伝達できるように、前記コイル径規制面と接触する前記コイルスプリングの中間部をスリップ可能とし、前記コイルスプリングの線状の弾性体の断面を、前記コイル径規制面と平行に対向する面を有する矩形形状としたことを特徴とするプーリ構造体。
- 前記コイル径規制面に、潤滑グリースの塗布、硬質クロムめっき、ニッケルめっき、高周波焼入れおよびセラミックス溶射の少なくともいずれかの表面処理を施した請求項1に記載のプーリ構造体。
- 前記捩じり変形によって拡径または縮径する前記コイルスプリングの中間部が、前記嵌合された両端部の近傍領域で、前記第1回転体の内径面または第2回転体の外径面と接触しないようにした請求項1または2に記載のプーリ構造体。
