ミネラルウール、新聞印刷用紙繊維、膨張パーライト、デンプンおよび粘土を含むベースマットを研削して、比較的平滑な表面を有するようにし、下塗りした。次に上述の通りにベースマットに穿孔し、穿孔は約0.4インチの深さを有していた。穿孔されたベースマットは0.46のeNRCを有していた。前記ベースマット上に4.8グラム/ft2で、上述の市販の糊XR−3025を噴霧した。

Claims (9)
- ベースマットと、
多孔質不織スクリムと、
前記多孔質不織スクリムの表面に塗布されるコーティングと、
前記多孔質不織スクリムと前記ベースマットの間に離散的形態または穿孔形態で被着された接着剤と、を含み、
前記多孔質不織スクリムは、10〜25レイリー[Pa・s/m]の比通気抵抗を有することを特徴とする建築用防音パネル。 - 前記多孔質不織スクリムの表面に塗布されるコーティングが、総固形分含有量に基づいて50パーセント〜90パーセントの無機顔料を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記多孔質不織スクリムの表面に塗布されるコーティングが水性であり、1平方フィートあたり10〜50グラムの割合で塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 幅4インチあたり少なくとも400グラムのスクリム剥離強度を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル。

前記コーティングを前記多孔質不織スクリム表面に塗布するステップと、
を有することを特徴とするパネルの製造方法。 - 前記多孔質不織スクリムは、前記コーティングが前記多孔質不織スクリムに前記スクラムの外部表面から浸透して前記ベースマットにボンディングできるようにするために十分な多孔性を有し、前記コーティングは、前記接着剤により生成される剥離強度に比べて少なくとも40%だけ、前記ベースマットに対する前記スクラムの剥離強度を増大させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル。
