Description
・車両の近づいているルートの地形を測定するステップと、
・近づいているルートの地形に応じて決まるエンジンの負荷を推定するステップと、
・近づいているルート間の冷却システムの温度変化を推定するステップと、
・車両の近づいているルート間で冷却システムの実際の温度が温度閾値以下に維持されるように、推定された温度変化に応じてドライブトレインを制御するステップと、
を含んでおり、前記温度閾値は前記ファンが起動される温度に応じて決まる。
Claims (9)
- 車両、特に実用車のドライブトレインを制御する方法であり、前記ドライブトレインは冷却システムを備えたエンジンを含み、前記冷却システムはエンジンファンを含み、前記冷却システム及び前記ドライブトレインは電子制御装置(ECU)によって制御され、前記ECUは近づいているルートの地形データを利用できる方法であって、
・前記車両の近づいているルートの地形を測定するステップと、
・前記近づいているルートの前記地形に応じて決まる前記エンジンの負荷を推定するステップと、
・前記近づいているルート間の前記冷却システムの温度変化を推定するステップと、
・前記車両の前記近づいているルート間で前記冷却システムの実際の温度が第1温度閾値以下に維持されるように、前記推定された温度変化に応じて前記ドライブトレインを制御するステップと、
を含んでおり、
前記第1温度閾値は前記エンジンファンが起動される前記冷却システム及び前記エンジンの温度に応じて決まり、
該方法が、
・前記冷却システムの前記実際の温度が前記第1温度閾値以下に維持されるように、前記エンジンの燃料スロットルを制御するステップ、及び/又は
・前記エンジンの出力トルクを制限するステップ、及び/又は
・前記冷却システムの前記実際の温度が前記第1温度閾値以下に維持されるように、変速機のシフト方法を制御するステップ、
を更に含む、方法。 - ・前記近づいているルート間で前記冷却システムの実際の温度勾配が温度勾配閾値以下に維持されるように、前記ドライブトレインを制御するステップ、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1温度閾値は、前記近づいているルートの前記地形が、前記車両が坂の頂上に近づいており、その後の下り勾配が前記冷却システムを所定の温度閾値以下に冷却するのに十分であるような場合、前記所定の温度閾値よりも大きな最高温度閾値に調整される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却システムの前記温度変化の前記推定は、更に前記車両の周囲の実際の天候及び風条件に応じて決まる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 自動速度制御装置と共に使用するように適応される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ・前記自動速度制御装置の設定速度を制限する又は低下させるステップ、
を更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記冷却システムの前記実際の温度が前記所定の温度閾値に近い場合、
・シフトダウンを開始するステップ、
を更に含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記近づいているルートの前記地形が、前記車両が下り勾配にいる又は間もなく到達することを示している場合にのみ、前記シフトダウンが開始される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ・上り勾配への接近中に前記車両の前記速度が上がるように、且つ前記速度を用いて前記上り勾配を登っている間にエンジン負荷が全体的に低くなるようにすることができるように、前記エンジンを制御するステップ、
を更に含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法。
