a)第1のポリマーをナノ粒子剤と重合させて組合せを形成するステップと、
b)a)において生成された組合せを第2のポリマーとブレンドするステップとを含み、第2のポリマーは第1のポリマーより高い分子量を有する。
最小量の希HClで溶解することにより作製した。得られた溶液を容量フラスコ内で1000mlに希釈した。密封容器内でプルプル酸アンモニウム(1.0g)を200gのショ糖と完全に混合し、後に指示薬として0.2gの量で使用した。カルシウムイオン濃度が未知である既知体積の溶液の一定量を容量フラスコ内に入れ、1mlのNH2OH・HCl、1mlのNaOH(80g l-1)及びプルプル酸アンモニウムを添加し、色がピンクから紫に変化するまでEDTAで滴定した。EDTAの体積を記録し、カルシウム濃度を決定した。また、乾燥試料の分子量の変化を、GPCを使用して確定した。
Claims (15)
- 生体吸収性ポリマー内に組み込んで、前記生体吸収性ポリマーの酸性分解生成物を中和するための中和剤を含むナノ粒子の使用であって、
前記生体吸収性ポリマーが、第1のポリマーと、第2のポリマーとを含み、第1のポリマーは第2のポリマーより低い分子量を有し、
前記ナノ粒子は、少なくとも前記第1のポリマー全体に分布しており、直径が100nm未満である、使用。 - 中和剤が、炭酸塩、重炭酸塩、またはリン酸塩からなる群から選択される、酸性分解生成物を中和することができる塩である、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 中和剤が、遊離カルシウムイオンの源である、請求項1または2に記載のナノ粒子の使用。
- 中和剤が、炭酸カルシウムまたはリン酸カルシウムである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- リン酸カルシウムが、アパタイトである、請求項4に記載の使用。
- アパタイトが、ヒドロキシアパタイトである、請求項5に記載の使用。
- ポリマー内の中和剤の濃度が、5〜20wt%である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記濃度が、7〜15wt%である、請求項7に記載の使用。
- 前記第1のポリマーの分子量が20kD未満であり、前記第2のポリマーの分子量が20kDを超える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 第1のポリマーと、第2のポリマーとを含むポリマー複合材であって、第1のポリマーは第2のポリマーより低い分子量を有し、中和剤のナノ粒子が少なくとも第1のポリマー全体に分布しており、
前記ナノ粒子の直径が、100nm未満であり、前記第1のポリマー及び第2のポリマーが生体吸収性ポリマーであり、前記中和剤が前記生体吸収性ポリマーの酸性分解生成物を中和するためのものである、複合材。 - 第1のポリマー及び第2のポリマーの両方が、ポリ-DL-乳酸(PDLLA)またはそのコポリマーであり、第1のポリマーは、炭酸カルシウムのナノ粒子を含む、請求項10に記載のポリマー複合材。
- 前記第1のポリマーの分子量が20kD未満であり、前記第2のポリマーの分子量が20kDを超える、請求項10または11に記載のポリマー複合材。
- 全体に分布したナノ粒子中和剤を含む第1のポリマーと、第2のポリマーとを含む複合材を製造する方法であって、
a)第1のポリマーをナノ粒子中和剤と重合させて組合せを形成するステップと、
b)a)において生成された組合せを第2のポリマーとブレンドして複合材を形成するステップとを含み、第2のポリマーは第1のポリマーより高い分子量を有し、前記ナノ粒子中和剤の直径が、100nm未満であり、前記第1のポリマー及び第2のポリマーが生体吸収性ポリマーであり、前記ナノ粒子中和剤が前記生体吸収性ポリマーの酸性分解生成物を中和するためのものである、方法。 - 第1のポリマーがポリ-DL-乳酸(PDLLA)またはそのコポリマーであり、ナノ粒子中和剤が炭酸カルシウムである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポリマーの分子量が20kD未満であり、前記第2のポリマーの分子量が20kDを超える、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
